Het punt is dat ze zich ook van onafhankelijk van de wet gedragen. Dat zie je ook in de strafmaten die los staan van de wet, bij de ene delictgroep zitten ze bijvoorbeeld veel dichter tegen het strafmaximum dan bij een andere delictgroep. Zo zijn er ook meerdere interpretatiewijzen van wetten en verdragen, maar de bedoeling van de wetgever helemaal loslaten is al snel antidemocratisch.

Interpretatie van wetten kan ik je in volgen. Of conflicterende wetten. Lezen we allemaal wel eens over. Alleen als de wetgevende macht vindt dat het niet klopt moeten zij het corrigeren. Beetje makkelijk omde hele rechterlijke macht en een OM van corruptie te beschuldigen

Wat bedoel je precies? Meestal kun je gewoon het vonnis lezen, ik althans kan vonnissen lezen en duiden, of er wordt letterlijk uit de overwegingen geciteerd.

De wetgevende roept maar wat graag dat de 'onafhankelijke rechter' heeft beslist alsof die de goddelijke wijsheid in pacht heeft. Zeker als het in hun straatje past, maar ook gewoon omdat het machtsuitoefening is waar zij geen verantwoordelijkheid voor nemen, en dus ook niet corrigeren. De rechtswetenschap vind het ook allemaal prima, want dan wordt de ondeskundige en niet democratische gelegitimeerde mening van juristen belangrijker, en we vinden allemaal weleens wat, niet waar?

Vandaar ook de sterke voorkeur om aan verdragen te toetsen in plaats van de grondwet, want dan hoeven ze alleen maar te verwijzen naar 'Europese' rechters die hetzelfde doen en nog een stuk goddelijker en onaantastbaarder zijn, maar ook omdat die verdragen niet gewijzigd kunnen worden. Er is zelfs een rechter geweest die weigerde aan de grondwet te toetsen omdat we daar tegenwoordig verdragen voor hadden.

Feit is dat er nooit een meerderheid van Nederlandse volksvertegenwoordigers is geweest die heeft bepaald dat naar Nederland komen en hier blijven en gevoed en gehuisd worden een mensenrecht is, nooit is bepaald dat de vreemdelingen het recht hebben om hier hun familie naartoe te halen. .Maar er is altijd wel weer een rechter die bepaalt dat de asielzoeker of de illegaal, of de verkrachter meer rechten heeft. Het gaat atlijd maar één kant op.

De beschuldiging dat het OM een door en door politieke en corrupte organisatie is durf ik wel aan hoor.

A team of economists and engineers from China, Turkey and Nigeria has published a proposal based on simulations to build a sub-Saharan Africa electrical grid across 12 countries. In their paper published in the journal Scientific Reports, the group outlines which countries would be involved, factors that would be used to build such a grid, and estimated costs.

Africa's unique history and natural geography and resources has led to conditions that exist today—a huge continent with a huge population, with many people living in poverty. Prior research has suggested that one of the factors preventing the development of many countries in Africa is lack of access to electricity. In this new effort, the research team looked at the factors involved in building an electrical grid across 12 countries.

The proposed grid would traverse northern parts of the continent, horizontally, then move south near the East Coast, including countries all the way to South Africa. Countries included would be South Africa, Mozambique, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, Chad, Nigeria, Niger and Mali. To come up with estimates on the costs involved for building such a grid, the team first considered multiple scenarios that involved methods of producing the electricity based on types of renewable resources, versus using as many as possible of the coal-fired plants that currently exist.

The team then input all the relevant data into the EnergyPLAN simulator—a system that was first developed in 2000 and that has been updated and used for multiple projects in Africa. The team also gave the simulator a timetable for implementation of such a grid—either by 2030 or by 2040.

Based on the simulations, the researchers found that total electricity demand for the grid would be approximately 700 TWh/yr for 2030 and 800 TWh/yr for 2040. They noted that hourly demand on the grid would range from 40 to 120 GW. The system also showed costs ranging from approximately a half-trillion dollars to just under 3 trillion.

The researchers suggest that their simulation could be used in consideration for a much larger project by entities, such as China, that have been active in smaller projects in Africa. They also note that such a project would not only improve the lives of people living in Africa, but could perhaps eventually result in a large return on investment as new regions in Africa become business or trading partners.

De Braziliaanse politie trof op 10 juli vier verstekelingen aan op een bijzondere plek. De mannen uit Nigeria hadden zich eind juni bij het scheepsroer verstopt om naar Europa te gaan. Video gaat over legale migranten uit Pakistan, Thailand, India, etc... die zwaar onderbetaald worden als tomatenplukkers in Portugal. 4 euro per uur. Als ze het 7 jaar lang doen dan krijgen ze een felbegeerde paspoort.

De video eindigt met een een zeer ambitieuze Indier. Hij betaalde 15k euro om naar Frankrijk te komen waar hij illegaal in een supermarkt werkte. Toen hoorde hij dat hij in Portugal na 7 jaar een paspoort kon krijgen. Die heeft hij in 2022 gekregen en zijn grote droom is naar Amerika te gaan wat dankzij z'n paspoort nu mogelijk is.

De video is relevant omdat het een kijkje geeft in de wereld van onderbetaalde kutbaantjes waar illegalen en asielzoekers in terecht komen.

It’s not easy to find workers in Portugal’s berry-growing region. So the government decided to make the prospect more appealing -- with the promise of citizenship after seven years. It’s a hope that’s brought some 20,000 foreign workers to the country’s berry plantations. One is Gian Pall, from India.

He’s been picking berries in Portugal for five years and has had to watch his son grow up on WhatsApp. But he says that an EU passport, which will give him easy access to 186 countries, will be worth the sacrifice.

He dreams of having his wife and child join him in Portugal - a country he hopes will be the springboard to the rest of the world. But for many workers like Gian Pall, the difficulties they face start long before the berry picking begins. Many pay up to 16,000 euros to recruiting agencies to obtain a tourist visa. Often it’s the trafficking mafia that puts up the cash. Once in Portugal, the foreign laborers have to work off their debt.

The Portuguese government relies on the foreign harvest workers. But has it created a system of modern slavery in the middle of Europe to get them?

I’m aware that muslims protested the serving of pork to children in kindergartens and had all pork dishes banned from the menu, despite there being other items on the menu. Trying to force your superstitions on your hosts is unlikely to work out well. I see Danes as generally tolerant people who are resisting changes to their way of life.

In a low crime, non violent society such as Denmark or Norway it’s not uncommon to find Syrian teenagers being offensive, violent and anti social behaviour. It’s very difficult in either country to get oneself arrested but, a hardcore of Syrian youth seem to manage it with astonishing regularity, ending up regularly before the courts.

Walking through Bergen on evening with two of our closest girlfriends who happen to be police, a group of Syrian teenage boys walked behind the floor of us, making lewd comments which we found highly offensive. As they passed us, one of the youth grabbed the backside of one of our friends. He ran off but she was faster than he was and he was quickly apprehended.

She identified herself as police, to which he responded ~ No way, none of you lot are ugly enough to be cops. Being put into the police van that arrived to collect him, he fought with police and spat inside the van. She’s no cop, he insisted. Not only is she police, she’s a chief inspector, our big boss.

You really did pick the wrong victim, son. This thug was well known to police and his family had been warned several times about the possible outcome resulting from his antisocial behaviour.

He was charged with 4 counts of sexual harassment, offensive behaviour, sexual assault police, resist arrest, assault police and criminal damage. A police report was sent to immigration, recommending his family be considered unsuitable for residency, their application be discontinued and they be deported at the earliest opportunity.

Unsurprisingly, he was given 30 days in prison. In Norway, we deport all non citizens upon completion of their sentences. He was taken straight from prison to the airport for his flight. Apparently he got all tearful to his police escort and demanded to see his family before he left.

They’re already in Syria, we believe, you got them deported too. But, I don’t belong in Syria, he complained. You certainly don’t belong in Norwaywas his unsympathetic reply.

There’s no financial incentive in Norway.

In Norway, we remove those who commit crimes adequately serious to warrant imprisonment. Syrians are grossly over represented in those numbers. In Sweden, Syrians are most common participants in anti social behaviour. My wife is Swiss born and has moved to Norway. In Switzerland she was a teacher. It's an important tradition that school pupils shake hands with teachers at the start of the school day.

Two troublesome Syrians refused to shake hands with her or any female teachers on the grounds that they believed women to be inferior to them. Very far from the brightest pupils and doubtless indoctrinated by some deeply ignorant, superstitious and inadequately educated "religious leader", they provoked deep outrage in Switzerland and their entire family was deemed by immigration officials to be unsuitable for settlement in the country.

The family was very quickly taken to the airport and put on a plane to a more suitable destination, we know not where. Their visas offer them temporary protection in their country of choice, it doesn't offer them permanent residency or citizenship.

I don't know for sure but perhaps immigration officials have concluded that Syrians as a group are simply more trouble than they're worth. I find it interesting that this offer is exclusive to Syrians. Perhaps they should more carefully study the culture of their chosen destination country before selecting where they would like to settle.

In Norway, we remove those who commit crimes adequately serious to warrant imprisonment. Syrians are grossly over represented in those numbers. In Sweden, Syrians are most common participants in anti social behaviour. My wife is Swiss born and has moved to Norway. In Switzerland she was a teacher. It's an important tradition that school pupils shake hands with teachers at the start of the school day.

Two troublesome Syrians refused to shake hands with her or any female teachers on the grounds that they believed women to be inferior to them. Very far from the brightest pupils and doubtless indoctrinated by some deeply ignorant, superstitious and inadequately educated "religious leader", they provoked deep outrage in Switzerland and their entire family was deemed by immigration officials to be unsuitable for settlement in the country.

The family was very quickly taken to the airport and put on a plane to a more suitable destination, we know not where. Their visas offer them temporary protection in their country of choice, it doesn't offer them permanent residency or citizenship.

I don't know for sure but perhaps immigration officials have concluded that Syrians as a group are simply more trouble than they're worth. I find it interesting that this offer is exclusive to Syrians. Perhaps they should more carefully study the culture of their chosen destination country before selecting where they would like to settle.

Walking through Bergen on evening with two of our closest girlfriends who happen to be police, a group of Syrian teenage boys walked behind the floor of us, making lewd comments which we found highly offensive. As they passed us, one of the youth grabbed the backside of one of our friends. He ran off but she was faster than he was and he was quickly apprehended.

She identified herself as police, to which he responded ~ No way, none of you lot are ugly enough to be cops. Being put into the police van that arrived to collect him, he fought with police and spat inside the van. She’s no cop, he insisted. Not only is she police, she’s a chief inspector, our big boss.

Syriërs de nieuwe kut-marokkanen? Vraag mij af hoe dat in Nederland zit met criminaliteit en deze nieuwe groep.
