A couple of weeks ago I contacted your costumer service because my Cheerson CX-10A was broken. Serena told me she would ask your warhouse staff to 'reship the defective item'. That's a great service! I received that message on 24 August. So far, I haven't received anything, neither the drone nor an email that the item was shipped. I tried contacting you by email twice, but I didn't receive a response. So I'm trying it this way. Can you please look into it? My order number is 20150731044102613 and my costumer service request is #13627.
Edit: Allbuy's costumers service contacted me, they're checking it with their warehouse staff

Allbuy promissed to refund a broken item. When they failed to refund i opened a paypal claim. Serena from allbuy contacted me and promised me a refund when i closed the case first. So i closed the case but they still did not refund, and now Serena only wants to send a replacement part.
I sent the order number by DM. I hope you will finally keep your promise and refund.

Hello Allbuy!
I ordered a Xiaomi Mi Headphones pair a week or 2 ago, and they already arrived! They look stunning and the sound is quite good, but as soon as I even remotely move my head, the right earclamp makes a horrible sound. It has some loose component in it, making it impossible to listen to music when moving my head even a little.This means I can't really wear it on my bike, which was the main reason to purchase this pair of headphones.
Is there any way I can fix this? |

1. I have rechecked and reconfirmed with our warehouse staff, your item has been reshipped. 2. I track the order, it shows "pre- advised" which means the parcel has not got to NL post yet, but it is in the way. Please do not worry, as I mentioned, it's been Chinese National holiday for the last whole 7days. Shipment is also been a little bit affected which you still could not see updates about the tracking info. And also, updates on the tracking site is usually delayed. 3. Please do not worry, and let's wait more a few days and I would be here with any updates about your reshipment.

It is really sad news that our reshipment hasn't satisfied you.
1. Is the problem exactly the same with the previous one? 2. Is there any damage on the parcel? 3. Do you have any idea or local help to adjust the speaker?
I check our history sale about this xiaomi speaker, we never occur to the problem like you, both have no same situation on other xiaomi forum. We are sure that our xiaomi product is original so if this problem remains, we would consider escalate it into xiaomi company to improve this problem.
Last, I would suggest a refund to you and we are sincerely sorry for all the inconvenience has caused.

Not a problem, i expected that!
The order number is 20150918175918201.
I would love to make a video or take a picture, but I can't quite see the loose component. I tried removing the removable earcuffs, but i still can't see anything that doesn't look right. It also isnt solved by swapping the earcuffs with the non-pleather ones.
So a I took a picure, but simply put I can't get the actual defect on camera.

1. Yes, it has exactly the same problem as the previous one 2. I took pictures of the package, it was not damaged 3. After I received confirmation for a replacement, I took the other one to an electronics engineer, so he maybe could figure out what's causing the noise. He found nothing obvious that could be the cause of the noise.
I have heard of others that also experience the same noise as I do on another forum.

Our system would automatically send you emails when the package(s) is ready to dispatch with tracking number(s).
I tracked the two packages, they are dispatched at the same day and arrived at NL at the same day, and one of them got to you and the other may be delayed by some reasons. Because they are separated into two isolated package, actual shipment status diverse. I believe it would also get to you very soon, or you could consult your local post directly for help. You could go to https://www.internationalparceltracking.com/#/search for the detailed tracking info. Thanks and let me know if there is still problem. |
