An Arkansas law enforcement source told Radar Online the 27-year-old business owner was arrested in 2011 and again in 2013 for driving under the influence. Per state law, he likely served time for the second arrest. We confirmed independently that Dillon has an arrest record, which includes a May 2014 booking on an undisclosed misdemeanor charge.On top of Dillon’s run-ins with the law, Radar Online previously reported that Dillon was hit with a $579 tax lien in September 2014 for unpaid taxes.

Amy said she has “no comment” about Dillon’s record. Following years of friendship and a whirlwind romance, the pair got engaged in mid-July. They plan to marry in early September.

Cancelling 19Kids and Counting cost TLC parent Discovery 19 million and counting

In case you were wondering just how much money TLC lost by canceling 19 Kids and Counting in the wake of the Josh Duggar molestation scandal, the network’s parent company,

Discovery Communications, revealed the figure today. The loss? Somewhere in the neighborhood of $19 million.That amount comes from Discovery Communications CFO Andrew Warren, who shared in a post-earnings conference call this morning that the company’s disappointing profits in the second quarter were due in part to “higher restructuring and other charges this year of $19 million, primarily due to content impairment charges of canceling TLC’s 19 Kids & Counting.”As The Wrap points out, the figure for restructuring and other charges in the second quarter was actually $24 million, which was up $19 million from the same quarter in 2014.

But it seems all the blame for Discovery Communications’ lackluster second quarter can’t all be put on the many, many shoulders of the Duggar family; the global mass media and entertainment company’s profits dropped way more than $19 million from the previous year. According to Tuesday’s earnings report, Discovery Communications’ net income fell nearly 25 percent, from $379 million to $286 million, year to year.The Quarter 2 earnings report had a huge effect on the company’s stock (DISCA), which plummeted more than 12 percent on Wednesday–from $32.86 to $28.87 per share.Regardless of all the gloomy numbers, Discover Communications President and CEO David Zaslav remained positive. “Driven by our unmatched portfolio and steady growth around the world, Discovery’s strong start to the year continued in the second quarter,” he said.

Jim Bob Duggar tells police that Josh Duggar went through a Christian counseling program from March 17 to July 17, where he "did manual labor and had counseling," according to the 2006 police report. It's unclear whether the counseling program was with a certified counselor, and Jim Bob Duggar tells police he cannot recall the name of the facility, according to the report.

Shortly after Josh returns from treatment, Jim Bob Duggar, Josh Duggar and a church elder tell a police official about the incidents, according to the report. Jim Bob Duggar says Josh Duggar admitted the abuse to Joseph Truman Hutchens, a former Arkansas state trooper.

The family is in Chicago for a scheduled interview with Oprah Winfrey and cannot speak to police until they return on Dec. 11, according to the report.

The Oprah Winfrey Show receives an email on Dec. 7, 2006, from an unnamed female that reports abuse. Harpo Studios faxes the letter to the Department of Human Services Hot Line. Oprah cancels the appearance.

Dec. 12, 2006: Police interview Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar at the Springdale Children's Safety Center in Arkansas. Police interview several alleged victims and the person believed to be the perpetrator.

December 20, 2006: Police determine that the time in which they could press charges has expired.

2007: While the mainstream press remains largely unaware of the sexual abuse allegations, online message boards are a flurry with allegations about Josh Duggar, as reported by Gawker.

2008: The first episode of 17 Kids and Counting premieres on TLC. (Over 15 seasons, the family grows to 19 kids.)

May 19, 2015: InTouch publishes an article detailing claims that Josh Duggar sexually abused minors when he was a teenager.

May 21, 2015: InTouch publishes a police report detailing sexual abuse in the Duggar household. The publication obtains the report through a FOIA request. Josh appears to confirm allegations in a Facebook post.

"Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends," Josh Duggar, 27, writes in the Facebook statement.

Josh Duggar also resigns from the conservative Family Research Council, where he worked as a lobbyist.

May 22, 2015: Amid the scandal, TLC announces they are pulling reruns of 19 Kids and Counting.

May 22, 2015: Arkansas police destroy the 2006 police report. Springdale Police spokesman Scott Lewis tells the AP that Judge Stacey Zimmerman ordered the 2006 offense report destroyed.

May 26, 2015: Walgreens pulls ads from the Duggar's reality TV show. It's the fourth major retailer to pull advertisements from the show, joining Payless ShoeSource, General Mills and Choice Hotels. More than a dozen other advertisers have pulled ads from the show and the TLC network since news of the sexual abuse allegations surfaced.

May 27, 2015: Hutchens tells InTouch that Jim Bob Duggar hid the extent of Josh Duggar's alleged abuse. He says he would have reported the incident if he had been aware that there was more than one incident of abuse.

May 28, 2015: Hulu appears to pull several episodes of 19 Kids and Counting from its site, though the company has not confirmed whether it will pull the series. When users click on the first 12 episodes of the series, a "404 error page" comes up.

June 3, 2015: Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar appear on television for the first time since news of the sexual abuse scandal broke. The Duggar's acknowledge that four of the victims were their daughters, including younger sisters Jill and Jessa, who also spoke to Fox News reporter, Megyn Kelly.

The Duggars believe the bigger story is how Josh's police records were released (under a Freedom of Information Act), and they threatened to sue, to "protect juvenile records because mistakes juveniles make when they're young should be sealed," Jim Bob says.

The couple say they believe they can save their TV show, 19 Kids and Counting.

July 16, 2015: TLC permanently cancels 19 Kids and Counting. "After thoughtful consideration, TLC and the Duggar family have decided to not move forward with 19 Kids and Counting," a statement on the network's website says.

"The recent attention around the Duggars has sparked a critical and important conversation about child protection," the statement says. The network said it plans on releasing a one-hour documentary, that will include some of the Duggars, and other families that have been affected by abuse.

According to Gawker, newly leaked information from the site for people seeking extramarital affairs includes details about a “Joshua J. Duggar” who was using a credit card linked to Josh’s addresses. That person paid $986.76 between February 2013 and May 2015 for a subscription.

Around the same time Josh moved from Arkansas to Maryland with his wife and children for a position with the Family Research Council, he paid for a new account with an “affair guarantee.” The website promised they would refund that $250 fee if the customer didn’t “have an affair within three months.”

The account associated with Josh was deleted in May, the same time his teenage police records were revealed. When that information was released, Anna Duggar said she supported her husband.

“[I know] who Josh really is – someone who had gone down a wrong path and had humbled himself before God and those whom he had offended,” Anna said in May of the Josh’s “teenage indiscretions.” They have since welcomed their fourth child and are residing in Arkansas.

The family has not responded to the new report.

This of course comes only a few months after Josh's molestation scandal and only a week after Josh admitted to having an Ashley Madison account. But Josh's scumminess may not stop there as Dillon claims they were both while Josh's wife, Anna, was pregnant with their fourth kid!

Earlier this week Danica took a polygraph test as she talked about her encounters with the former 19 Kids and Counting star.

She said the first time she was approached by Josh was at the Gold Club in Philadelphia where she was performing just last March and then again a month later when she was at Creekside Cabaret in Colmar, Pa.

She retold the story, saying: "He walked into the Gold Club like a normal patron and said he'd been a fan for a long time and has watched my career grow — he even said from before my boob job until recently — and that he loved watching my very first scene on [an adult website]. Then it got creepy."

Josh allegedly watched her entire show and then spent $600 on private dances before asking Danica to spend the evening with him. She says that she only took him up on the offer because he offered to give her $1,500.

But when things got a little weird and scary when they got to the hotel room. Not only did he not use protection, but she says:

"He was manhandling me, basically tossing me around like I was a rag doll. It was very traumatic. I've had rough sex before, but this was terrifying."

Dillon hopes that her truthfulness will help shed some light on Josh's true nature and inspire other girls to come forward as she believes there are probably other women involved.

When the Ashley Madison news came out, sources said that Anna was going to stick by her man, and just recently a source revealed that Anna believes it's not "godly" to get mad at Josh. But Dillon says: "I actually really hope that his wife leaves him and takes his children away from him and leaves him a lonely, bitter man. I don't think he deserves happiness."

If the story is true, we sure hope that this is the straw that breaks the camel's back and Anna leaves Josh. No one deserves to be lied to and treated the way Anna has been.

Jim Bob even removes batteries from toys that play music “because he didn’t want [his kids] to dance or move their bodies that way.” There is also no discussion of sex or sexuality, even among the adult children.

That’s one reason why “everyone feels betrayed” by the latest news about oldest child Josh. As a family source explained, his parents, siblings and wife wanted to believe his indiscretions were in the past.

“He sold it so well,” the insider said, even though “there was always something a bit odd about Josh.”

As for Anna Duggar, one of the insiders feared she isn’t getting much guidance from anyone outside of the family home. Even her parents, Mike and Suzette Keller, are encouraging her to fall back on her faith. Fortunately, at least one person seems to be getting realistic with the mother-of-four: “I looked at her and said, ‘You have not absorbed everything yet.
