There was an episode of the "This American Life" podcast where they interviewed a super feminist, lesbian girl who decided to start taking huge amounts of testosterone so she could see a man's view of life. One story in particular that she mentioned was that at one point (while still taking the testosterone) she noticed there was an extremely attractive girl walking behind her, and every instinct in her body told her to turn around and check out her chest. But her feminist mind was saying "that's sick, she's not a piece of meat she's human". However, she only managed to walk about 15 more minutes before she gave in to the desire to turn around and look at the woman's chest.
Another story she had was that she was just sitting on the subway when an attractive girl sat down in front of her, and within minutes she was thinking of perverted, pornographic thoughts; Even though her feminist beliefs were completely contradicted and fighting her the whole time. In the end she said that the feeling a man gets when he sees an attractive girl is nothing like anything she experienced while being a woman. It's a primal urge, it's animal.
Just an interesting story I thought I'd share. It was in the 500th episode somewhere, here's a link to it.
