Challenge Ends: October 1 2013 (unless you want to continue which is what I plan on doing.)

NoFap Rules
No masturbating
No porn
No edging (No orgasms)
Sex is ok
If you feel the penis tingle force yourself out of it.
Nocturnal emissions/ wet dreams are permissible.
If you watch porn even once your out.
If you wank even once your out.
Ejaculating during Sex is the only times its allowed.
Meditation Rules
Atleast 30 minutes of meditation.
Must be zen or a type of focus meditation.
If you miss a day your out.
Holosync or any other brainwave audios are allowed.
Not every meditation session is going to be perfect so as long as effort was put in you will be ok.
Cold shower Rules
Cold showers only.
No hot showers whatsoever nor starting with hot and going with cold.
Pue cold beginning all through the end.
You must stay in the shower for atleast 3 minutes but preferably 5.
Fail to do this once and your out
My own recomendations to help get the most out of this challenge.
Chamomile Tea - soothes the sympathetic nervous system.
Green tea & Dark chocolate 80%+ cocao - high antioxidants (Tyler recomended)
Bananas - A natual alernative to beta blockers. Mild effects for controlling stage fright and anxiety.
Spinach and Brocoli - two most importants greens.
Cranberry juice - Good for detoxifying the lymphatic system. I like to mix it with water.
Exercise - something i dont do but start doing.
Drink lots of water for hydration
