Hm, een ~$10 per maand abbo voor 2 jaar? Dan neem ik die $299 versie wel.

Ik lees het meer als; voor $499 heb je de console en is 'ie van jou, voor $299 kun je hem ook krijgen, maar dan zit er een X bedrag per maand aan vast, net zoals bij je mobiele telefoon.

En bij die $499 moet je dan natuurlijk de normale prijs voor Xbox Live betalen. Wat is de prijs van dat 2 jaar contract nu voor een $99 360? $15 of zo?

Speculation about the name being called “Xbox Fusion” isn’t anything new. But what separates “Xbox Fusion” and only a few other names from the rest of the list, is that not only does Microsoft own the dot-com (WHOIS), it owns a slew of other domains like XboxFusion.info, XboxFusion.biz, XboxFusion.de, XboxFusion.co.uk – the list goes on and on.
Speculation of the next gen console’s name has gone wild, fueled lately by the recent leak on Reddit of what may be the logo.

Names being kicked around include the Xbox 720, Xbox Infinity, Xbox Infinite, Xbox Gold, Xbox 8, Xbox Durango, Xbox Next, and more.

Domain investor Andy Booth – who knows a thing or two about domains with names like samurai.com – dropped me an email out of the blue saying he believes Microsoft will go with “Xbox Fusion” based on the number of names the company has registered and that the “infinity” symbol is also interpreted as “fusion”.

In case you haven’t been keeping a score card of Microsoft’s matching domains, here’s a look:

Ik hoop trouwens echt dat er met de nieuwe consoles ook makkelijker mod support is.

Net als die steamworkshop op de pc. Niet dat ik dat gebruik, maar het is wel makkelijk. Even op een mod abonneren met een klik en je mod is geïnstalleerd.

Dat zou nou toch wel mogelijk moeten zijn, aangezien die consoles nu echt op pc's gaan lijken.

Mods op consoles, dan is het afwachten hoe lang het duurt voordat iedere game mods krijgt om supermakkelijk alle achievements te unlocken. Gaat natuurlijk niet gebeuren.

Zo had ik al eens een modded shield gekregen van iemand in Borderlands. Toen was er geen reet meer aan omdat ik niet meer dood kon (maar op die manier wel in m'n eentje Crawmerax zou kunnen verslaan).

Gaat denk ik niet gebeuren.

Denk het idd ook niet, maar zpu wel leuk zijn.

Ik mod bijvoorbeeld Fallout 3 en New Vegas, en die mods kunnen echt zoveel meer toevoegen aan een game.

Natuurlijk niet zulke mods, maar gewoon mods zoals je bij Skyrim hebt op de pc.

Maar helaas zul je zulke praktijken wel gaan krijgen idd. Daarom speel ik ook een aantal spellen nog op de pc, omdat je die echt super kan modden.
