wat een onzin. Het is toch niet gek dat veiligheid voor alles gaat? Zoals die ballon dinsdag hing, dat was toch duidelijk dat het niet mogelijk zou zijn?

Is the same balloon being used repeatedly for tests, as well as the final mission?
No. The test balloons are smaller than the almost 849,500 cubic meter balloon used for the ascent to 36,576 meters. None of these delicate balloons can be re-used. In fact, once Felix’s balloon is even taken out of its box it must be launched promptly or discarded.

Oh, vanaf nu niet meer zie ik (vrij logisch wel natuurlijk), maar bij Interwetten kon je inzetten op de datum (toen ik keek kon je kiezen uit 11 oktober, 12 oktober tot 1 december, later en nooit geloof ik), op het überhaupt ooit doorgaan, en op het verbreken van 2 of 3 records (in elk geval de hoogste bemande ballonvaart en de hoogste snelheid in vrije val gehaald)
Voor het breken van die records kreeg je 1.05 keer je inzet terug ofzo
