Gisteren twee WOD's gehad:

#1: 10 minuten AMRAP
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

focus was op techniek, niet zozeer op zoveel mogelijk rondes.

Daarna 3 rondes van:
30 clean squats met stang met gewicht of kettlebell of medicijn ball
30 pullups
800 meter run
Wie werd waar wanneer geboren en waarom werd hij door wie hoe genoemd?
