Als je de politiek namelijk internationaal gaat analyseren, dan kom je al gauw tot de conclusie dat er totaal geen lijn in zit, niet in de tijd, maar ook niet per moment op verschillende plaatsen in onze Westerse wereld. Er zit geen plan achter en eigenlijk is dat nog erger dan een wereldregering die de lijntjes uitzet.

John Dee was Queen Elizabetth's raadgever?
En Francis Bacon is bij hem in opleiding geweest?

John Dee(1527-1608) was a fascinating genius, considered a magus, philosopher and alchemist who captured the attention of the royal courts and best minds throughout Europe. You were either intimidated by his ideas and reputation or you wished to be influenced by them. Dr. Dee's learning was far and wide, a brilliant mathematician, whose study ranged from geo-cartography and calculus which was vital in navigating the New World for explorers, to astrology, alchemy, the Cabala, cypher writing, religion, architecture, and science. In short, Dee's metaphysics were a 'red' cross of the Hermetic tradition with a strong dose of mathematics. His library at the riverside village of Mortlake was considered the finest private collection in Europe containing thousands of bound books and handwritten manuscripts devoted to philosophy, science and esoterica. In comparison the University of Cambridge at the time had a mere 451 total books and manuscripts in their possession.

Noel Fermor in the journal Baconiana wrote that, "The Earl of Leicester's father, the Duke of Northmberland, employed Dee as a tutor to his children so that they would have a sound scientific upbringing. Northumberland became a notable scientist with a strong leaning toward mathematics and magnetism. Anthony Wood in his Athenae Oxoniensis, wrote "that no one knew Robert Dudley better than Dee." So it was quite natural for Leicester to introduce Dee to Elizabeth as she was to become the new Queen and it wasn't long before Dee advanced to become the court astrologer.

(Leicester signed his letters to Elizabeth with two circles containing dots symbolising he was her "Eyes")

Elizabeth was very much interested in the occult. Dee was responsible for choosing the most auspicious date for Elizabeth's coronation which was on January 15th, 1559. The Queen was so impressed by Dee that she eventually travelled with her court to Mortlake, for the purpose of seeing his great library.

Dee has been defamed through the centuries as a necromancer, but it's the opinion of many writers that his angelic-cabalistic- alchemical work, his Philosophers Stone, the"Monad Hieroglyphica"(1564) may have been a cover for covert operations carried on in the name of her majesty. The 007 was the insignia number that Elizabeth was to use for private communiques between her Court and Dee.



The Precarious Politics of Hermetic Tradition in the King James Reign
There is no doubt of John Dee's ubiquitous influence during the Elizabethan age. When James became King, Dee's ideas on magic were no longer appreciated. James unfavorable and fearful attitude toward the occult was the opposite of Elizabeth's. Bacon became well aware that it was necessary to be very careful while advancing his scientific ideas to James and that any trace of Dee's weird angelic-alchemical study could jeopardize his own projects from taking hold.
Bacon's observation of the mis-treatment bestowed upon Dee by James served to reinforce that it was a different era and that the need to practice that Shakespeare maxim,
"Discretion is the better part of valor" was imperative to anyone with a sweet disposition toward magic and mathematics or a secret society. Dee was even derided in the Ben Jonson play The Alchemist perhaps to placate James, yet another signal that this was an end of the liberal Elizabethan attitude toward Hermeticism. So it's not surprising that Bacon chose to hold back his Rosicrucian utopia The New Atlantis from publication until after his death as it portrayed a future world in which man could co-exist with his fellow man without the divine right of kings and the new tools that the magic of science would one day bring could also be in harmony with nature as well. But it was Dee's colonization dream many years before who referred to the new world as "Atlantis." He would have been proud to have read Bacon's New Atlantis and seen Bacon's sympathetic portrayal of him as the magician Prospero, of The Tempest.
Francis Yates in The Rosicrucian Enlightenment suggests that," in Bacon's writings there is nowhere to be found any mention of Dee or his famous Monas Hierglyphica. Yates makes a further point by saying that, "It is a well known objection to Bacon's claim to be an important figure in the history of science that he did not place sufficient emphasis on the all-important mathematical sciences in his programme for the advancement of learning, and that he ignored these sciences by his rejection of the Copernican theory and of William Gilbert's theory of the magnet.

Bacon's avoidance of mathematics and Copernican theory might have been because he regarded mathematics as too closely associated with Dee and his 'conjuring' and Copernicus as to closely associated with Bruno and his extreme Egyptian and magical religion. This hypothesis is now worth recalling because it suggests a possible reason for a major difference between German Rosicrucianism and Baconianism. In the former Dee and his mathematics are not feared, but Bacon avoids them; in the former Bruno is an influence but is rejected by Bacon. In both cases Bacon may have been evading what seemed to him dangerous subjects in order to protect his projects from witch hunters, from the cry of 'sorcery' which as Naude' said, "could pursue a mathematician in the early 17th century."
It should be remembered that Bacon had a cautious and scientific approach to mathematics along with his great interest in cyphers.

Peter Dawkins in his book "Francis Bacon Herald of the New Age" would strongly disagree with Yates on Bacon's avoidance of mathematics. He writes, "nothing could be further from the truth: for number is a cypher and geometry a symbol for truth, and Francis Bacon was intensely interested in and a master of cipher and symbol, and of rhythm in language, using them repeatedly throughout all his works in various cryptic ways--for he saw mathematics as a vitally important occult or mystical science, and used it accordingly.
Mathematics coupled with analogy and allegory, constitute a principal means to the discovery of what Bacon has enticingly hidden." Dawkins later emphasizes that, "Francis Bacon considered mathematics to be a branch of metaphysics, capable of giving insights into the highest 'Forms' or archetypes--the laws and intelligences of the universe.
Consequently, like Dr. John Dee, his early tutor, he was fascinated by mathematical cypher in both its numeric and geometric forms, and with its magical use. Bacon gives both mathematics and analogy which he considers a science and calls "grammatical philosophy," a high place in his Great Instauration; which, when used together help to unlock the doors to that which Bacon has deliberately concealed-- including certain mysteries hidden in the Shakespeare plays.
For instance, the two great books published in 1623 were the Shakespeare's Folio Comedies, Histories & Tragedies and Bacon's De Augmentis Scientiarum{the philosophical background and purpose of the Shakespeare plays} two masterpieces published together, since they are as twins, each being a key to unlock hidden treasures in the other-- two relating to the twin faculties of the mind--imagination and reason--and both drawing upon the third faculty, memory." It should be noted that the following year 1624 the cypher book, Cryptomenytices was published and Dawkins points to this as "providing the cipher keys to open the 'crypt' of Rosicrucian wisdom hidden in both the philosophical and the poetical works of art of this great Master."

Yates admits to being a Stratfordian and of course does not realize the extent of Bacon's wisdom in protecting himself from censorship. She says, "We begin to understand that The Tempest was a very bold manifesto, and that Shakespeare was braver than Bacon."

If Yates could only glimpse how ahead of the game Bacon was she could only burst out and laugh at herself for writing this. But she is not the first modern day Shakespeare critic to underestimate Francis Bacon's foresight to write under a mighty pen-name and steer his Secret Free-Masonry-Group at the same time. It's like asking was Twain braver than Clemens? The absurd logic of this could be solved if Stratfordians applied the Baconian method (inductive logic with trial and error) into the Shakespeare Authorship. Go one step further using this method of inquiry to cross reference a lost connection missing between the Rosicrucian literature of The Fama and the Confessio, The Chemical Marriage of Christian Rosenkrantz, The New Atlantis, The Tempest, with The King James Version of the Bible, The Advancement of Learning and Dee's Monad Hieroglyphic. Somewhere there lies a common thread, a code, meant for those who would cross reference all these words. Perhaps when the code is broken we will have the equivalent of Prospero's buried staff and recognize the impact of Dee and Bacon's relationship with their dedication to the enlightenment of all.

What Bacon learned from Dee outside of the importance of cyphers was not to have one's political and esoteric-artistic identity defined exclusively by the outside world. There was inner power for Bacon that no matter what happened to him he could still sacrifice his name, bury his staff like Prospero and wield a protective persona to express his artistic views for himself and his secret group of "Good Pens." This is responsible wisdom in action as a response to difficult political pressures. For Bacon due to the out of the ordinary set of circumstances surrounding his birth this pressure became a discipline for him (all his life) to maintain and remember that old saying, "keep your friends close and your enemies closer." Bacon knew from first hand experience when he said, as Shakespeare, "sweet are the uses of adversity."

Manly P. Hall had a book, Orders of Universal Reformation in which a woodcut from 1655 by Jacob Cats, shows an emblem of an ancient man bearing likeness to John Dee, passing the lamp of tradition over an open grave to a young man with an extravagantly large rose on his shoe buckle. In Bacon's sixth book of the Advancement of Learning he defines his method as, Traditionem Lampadis, the delivery of the lamp.

Mrs. Henry Pott writes in "Francis Bacon and His Secret Society,"The organization or method of transmission he (Bacon) established was such as to ensure that never again so long as the world endured, should the lamp of tradition, the light of truth, be darkened or extinguished."

Baconiana 1981 "After all, in John Dee we have a man who had a profound influence on Renaissance thought and on the deep laid schemes of Francis Bacon for the betterment of mankind. During the next four years this mansion on the Strand (so large that it had 40 fireplaces) served as the home for Francis and Alice Bacon. Over the next four years Bacon would host banquets at York House that were attended by the leading men of the time, including poets, scholars, authors, scientists, lawyers, diplomats, and foreign dignitaries. Within the banquet hall, Francis gathered the greatest leaders in literature, art, law, education, and social reform. On 22 January 1621 in honour of Sir Francis Bacon's sixtieth birthday, a select group of men assembled in the large banquet hall in York House without fanfare for what has been described as a Masonic banquet.[6] This banquet was to pay tribute to Sir Francis Bacon. Only those of the Rosicrosse (Rosicrucians) and the Masons who were already aware of Bacon's leadership role were invited.[7] The tables were T-tables with gleaming white drapery, silver, and decorations of flowers. The poet Ben Jonson, a long-time friend of Bacon, gave a Masonic ode to Bacon that day.
There was a depth of love by a large body of men toward Bacon, similar to some degree in the manner that disciples love a Master.[8] This is especially true when taking into account his membership (and some say leadership) of secret societies such as the Rosicrucians and Freemasons.[6] In the inner esoteric membership, which included Francis Bacon, vows of celibacy for spiritual reasons were encouraged.[9][10]

Various authors[11][12] have written that there were indications that Francis Bacon had gone into debt while secretly funding the publishing of materials for the Freemasons, Rosicrucians, "Spear-Shakers", "Knights of the Helmet", as well as publishing, with the assistance of Ben Jonson, a selection of the plays that they believe he had written under the pen name of "Shake-Speare" in a "First Folio" in 1623.[13][14][15][16] Furthermore, they allege that Bacon faked his own death, crossed the English Channel, and secretly traveled in disguise after 1626 through France, Germany, Poland, Hungary, and other areas utilizing the secret network of Freemasons and Rosicrucians that he was associated with. It is alleged that he continued to write under pseudonyms, as he had done before 1626,[17] continuing to write as late as 1670 (using the pseudonym "Comte De Gabalis").[18] Elinor Von Le Coq, wife of Professor Von Le Coq in Berlin, stated that she had found evidence in the German Archives that Francis Bacon stayed after 1626 with the family of Johannes Valentinus Andreae in Germany.[19][20][21][22]
Beginning early in the 20th century in the United States, a number of Ascended Master Teachings organizations[23][24][25][26] began making the claim that Francis Bacon had never died. They believed that soon after completing the "Shake-Speare" plays, he had feigned his own death on Easter Sunday, April 9, 1626 and then traveled extensively outside of England, eventually attaining his physical Ascension to another plane on May 1, 1684 in a castle in Transylvania owned by the Rakoczi family.[27] Their belief is that Bacon took on the name "Saint Germain" on that date, May 1, 1684, and became an Ascended Master.

The good doctor was quite proud of his ancestry, and two 'Genealogical Rolls'
he made of his ancestry survive among the Cotton Charters [British Library,
Department of Manuscripts] at xiii 38 and xiv i.

There are aparently two detailed accounts of his descendants which I have not
seen, which should be checked by those wanting to trace his descendants:

(1) H. B. Wilson, _Genealogical Account of the Descebndants of Bedo Dee_ *1815)

(2) H. B. Wilson, _History of the Merchant Taylors' School_ (1812-14), at pages
1169-71.

There is also apparently an account of the family in the Lacnashire and
Cheshire Antiquarian Magazine (1879) 1:213-17.

Dr. John Dee died indebted, at Mortlake, Surreyin 1608. I saw no probate
record in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury or Archdeaconry of Surrey, but we
do have a list of most of his children. He married his secod wife Jane Fremond

John Dee was supposed to have fathered 11 children.

His eldest son and heir Arthur was born at Mortlake 13 July 1579, and died in
September 1651, will PCC 183 Grey. He called himself a Physician, but was not
a member of the English College. He had attended Oxford University. He
married Isabella Prestwich, said to be daughter of Edward, and they had 7 sons
and 6 daughters, John Dee attending the Merchat Taylors' School in London
1632/3-6 and becoming a merchant in Russia. Arthur only mentioned 3 sons and 3
daughters in his will.

Aldermary, PCC 132 Shaller.

If you get access to the two works by Wilson I reference above (which I haven't
seen), I would be interesting to know what they add.

Als de geruchten kloppen, zou het plan groter worden dan tot voor kort door veel waarnemers voor mogelijk werd gehouden. Qua timing zou gemikt worden op de top van de G20, begin november in het Zuid-Franse Cannes. Dat is dus nog een goede maand, maar mogelijk gebeurt de afronding en de communicatie al sneller om de financiële markten te kalmeren.

De essentie van het reddingsplan zou erin bestaan dat Griekenland een groter deel van zijn schuld niet moet terugbetalen, en dat de Europese banken snel worden versterkt om de verliezen op hun overheidsobligaties te kunnen slikken. Tegelijk wordt er via de ECB massaal geld ter beschikking gesteld van de Europese overheden.

Een overzicht van de belangrijkste voorstellen die momenteel de ronde doen:

De zogenaamde haircut voor Griekenland - het percentage van zijn uitstaande schuld dat het land niet meer zal terugbetalen - wordt opgetrokken van 21 tot 50%. De schuldeisers - onder wie veel West-Europese banken - moeten daardoor een veel groter verlies slikken dan totnogtoe was ingecalculeerd.

Het Europese noodsfonds EFSF krijgt een bijna onbeperkte financiële vuurkracht. Er is sprake van het verviervoudigen van de middelen tot ongeveer 1.500 miljard euro. Dat zou gebeuren via kredieten van de Europese Centrale Bank (ECB), waarbij het fonds een bankstatuut zou krijgen. Uiteindelijk komt zo'n operatie erop neer dat de Europese geldpers volop gaat draaien, net zoals dat eerder al gebeurde in de VS. Het blijft wel de vraag of er in Duitsland voldoende politieke steun voor kan gewonnen worden voor een oplossing die op langere termijn een ontsporende inflatie tot gevolg kan hebben.

De banken worden geherkapitaliseerd en/of geherstructureerd. Indien nodig springt de overheid daartoe bij, al dan niet via een indirecte financiering via het EFSF en de ECB. Wellicht zullen sommige instellingen ook opgesplitst of verkocht worden, of samensmelten tot grotere banken. Waarnemers spreken nu al over een 'Euro-TARP', naar analogie van het Amerikaanse TARP-plan dat het vertrouwen in de banksector moest herstellen. Volgens JP Morgan is er een totale kapitaalinjectie nodig van zowat 150 miljard euro.
Ontkenningen

Zoals te verwachten viel, wordt het reddingsplan in verschillende hoeken geheel of gedeeltelijk ontkend. Voor een formele bevestiging is het nog veel te vroeg, en het valt te verwachten dat er nog een paar politieke robbertje gevochten moeten worden voor het zo ver is.

Zo worden de plannen voor een herkapitalisering van het EFSF in Berlijn en Amsterdam minstens voorbarig genoemd. Beide regeringen hebben af te rekenen met sterke electorale en politieke weerstand tegen elke oplossing die een "verarming" van de eigen bevolking kan inhouden. Duidelijk is wel dat Duitsland en de andere kernlanden van de eurozone de sleutel in handen hebben tot het welslagen van een groot reddingsplan.

Bovendien is er de vraag wat de plannen als gevolg zouden hebben voor de kredietwaardigheid van de sterke eurolanden. David Beers van het ratingbureau Standard & Poor's verklaarde tegenover Reuters dat het financieren van het EFSF met geleend geld tot een lagere kredietrating kan leiden voor de ECB en voor Duitsland en Frankrijk.

Ook een woordvoerder van de Griekse regering verklaarde dat er in Washington niet gepraat is over een mogelijke afschrijving van 50 procent op Griekse staatsleningen. Ook zijn er geen scenario's opgesteld waarbij Griekenland in gebreke blijft met het aflossen van de helft van zijn schuldenlast. "Op overheidsniveau is een dergelijk voorstel nog nooit besproken", aldus de woordvoerder.

Terug

De vraag is evenwel of er nog een weg terug is van deze plannen, hoe vaag ze voorlopig ook zijn. De beurs geeft vandaag duidelijk te kennen dat ze wel gediend is met het perspectief van een Europees 'bazooka'-plan, zoals het inmiddels door sommige beurswatchers genoemd wordt. Indien er wordt teruggekomen op de essentie van de plannen, dreigt een totale chaos uit te breken op de financiële markten. Erop of eronder, wordt de komende weken meer dan ooit het motto voor de Europese politieke leiders.
