If yes,we will send you two E_Mails ,one with the returned adddress and our policey of the returned package ,the other one with Bar code which you need to print and put it on the returned package .

After we receive it ,we will make the refund for you
Return shipping fee reimbursement is 60% of the item's price up to a maximum of $40; we will cover the actual postage (according to the receipt you provided).

After your shipment, please take a picture of the proof of shipment (shipping receipt, certificate of posting, tracking number stub, etc). We will arrange the replacement and reimbursement for your return postage after the package is received and processed

PS: Please use the cheapest way to ship the item(s) back. Courier services such as EMS, UPS, Fedex, TNT, DHL etc are NOT eligible for return shipping cost reimbursements

Beetje lastig dan om vanuit NL pakje te versturen

For your sake,we could just refund you $10 postage .
If it is not OK with you ,we will do that by our policy and we will not refund you the shipping fee of the returned package.
