Moslimbroederschap in gesprek met regering
(Novum/AP) - De Moslimbroederschap gaat toch praten met de Egyptische regering. Tot nu toe heeft de grootste oppositiebeweging in Egypte steeds gezegd pas een gesprek te willen als president Hosni Mubarak is opgestapt.
De fundamentalistische groep maakte zondag bekend dat het later op de dag in gesprek gaat met vicepresident Omar Suleiman om te pogen een einde te maken aan de politieke crisis. De Moslimbroederschap wil onder meer weten hoe serieus de regering de eisen van de bevolking neemt.
Andere oppositieleiders gingen zaterdag al met Suleiman in gesprek, maar kwamen naar eigen zeggen niet tot een doorbraak.

De VS heeft geen export restricties voor Egypte dus een bedrijf dat zoiets maakt mag het aan Egypte verkopen lijkt me. Het is niet zo dat de overheid van de VS de hand heeft gehad in het platleggen van internet in Egypte.quote:
