Dat is het, hij regeert veel te lang en hij onderdrukt het volk, de mensen willen democratie. Door de demonstraties in Tunesië is iedereen op het idee gekomen om ook in hun land protesten te houden.quote:

Tegelijkertijd zouden politieagenten schieten op militairen.
Volgens verschillende media rukt de woedende menigte in de hoofdstad op naar de gebouwen van het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken en de staatsomroep. Het ministerie wordt bestormd en de staatsomroep is omsingeld.
President Mubarak zou een toespraak geven, maar die heeft nog steeds niet plaatsgehad. Ook is onduidelijk waar de president zich momenteel bevindt.

Ik ben bang dat Washington Egypte het groene licht zal geven om demonstranten af te knallen, er zijn op dit moment Egyptische topmilitairen in het Pentagon. En Israël zei ook al dat ze de situatie in Egypte niet vrezen omdat Mubarak in staat is om de opstand de kop in te drukken.quote:
