Hallo,
En welkom bij het tweede Steven Spielberg-toernooi in de geschiedenis van Fok!. Aangezien de eerste in 2002 werd gehouden, is het misschien wel aardig om te kijken hoe het anno 2010 met het oeuvre van het voormalige wunderkind gesteld is. Niet mee eens. 'Duel' is het begin geweest van heel veel soortgelijke films gemaakt door anderen. En Raiders of the lost arc is echt een mijlplaat geweest in filmhostory. Dus deze 4 finalisten zijn echt een aanfluiting. Shindler's list en Jurassic Parc horen er wel in thuis, maar SPR en Jaws niet echt.quote:

Een film, die er voor heeft gezorgd dat niemand meer gaat zwemmen in zee zonder ook maar een ogenblik te denken aan dat er een haai kan komen aanvallen, hoort zeker in de halve finales thuis.

Ik vind van niet, en niet alleen omdat toenmalige effecten baanbrekend waren. Qua storytelling vind ik Jurassic Park goed in elkaar zitten, goede spanningsboog. Verder vind ik het acteerwerk behoorlijk naturel, op één of andere manier niet zo "geacteerd". Ik vind Raiders een meesterlijke film, maar Jurassic Park vind ik zeker geen onderdeurtje in het genre.quote:

Dat maak jij er van. Ik vind het verhaaltechnisch gewoon een betere, aangrijpendere film die op het gebied van aandacht voor de holocaust voor een heel nieuwe generatie een behoorlijke grote rol heeft gespeeld. Dat en omdat het gewoon een sublieme film is, maakt het tot Spielberg's beste imo.quote:
