Nee, das zeker niet goed voor je ritme.. je gaat op een gegeven moment de dag en de nacht omdraaien.
Dat ken ik nog van 10 jaar geleden, daarna kon ik mijn eigen tijden maken. (even goed nog weken van 50 uur of meer) Maar goed dat deed ik zelf, ik had geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit..Vorig jaar was ik een paar maanden vrij en dat beviel me erg goed.
