Een kafir is een kafir. Ook al vindt de hele wereld kafir iets anders, de definitie kafir zal nooit veranderen. Net zoals dat een kat een kat blijft. Ik hoop dat jij of Burakius het niet erg vinden als ik ook op je vraag reageer. Het Arabisch woord "kafir" betekent letterlijk iemand die iets "verbergt" of "bedekt". Een boer wordt ook zo genoemd, omdat hij zaad "verbergt" door het met aarde te "bedekken" (zie bijvoorbeeld de Koran in het Arabisch 57:20). Een boer kan dus ook een kafir zijn omdat hij letterlijk zaad in de grond bedekt? Oftewel een vrome moslimboer kan dus een kafir zijn? En wolken die de zon bedekken zijn ook kafirs? In dat geval is kafir niets anders dan iets/iemand wat bedekt. Toch blijjft het feit dat kafir meestal gebruikt wordt voor iedereen die niet in Mohammed/Allah geloven. Het kan aan mij liggen, maar heb je mijn vraag beantwoord wat met 'ongelovige' bedoeld wordt in dat vers? Het lijkt me sterk dat men moslimboeren of wolken wil bestrijden.

2) hij gaf toe dat in de koran zoals wij die kennen fouten staan
3) hij geloofde dat Jezus gekruisigd was
Zijn er andere fok-moslims die deze punten delen met deze man?
Ikzelf ben van mening dat als deze soefi in Iran in het openbaar deze standpunten gaat verkondigen, hij een fatwa boven zijn hoofd heeft hangen.

Ik ben eigenlijk wel benieuwd hoe moslims de zogenaamde demoniserende geluiden rondom Wilders ervaren.

Het probleem met de Koran, Bijbel en Thora is dat het zo "onduidelijk" geschreven is dat een ieder zijn/haar eigen interpretatie eruit kan halen.
Het is heel erg jammer dat er zoveel mensen zijn die in de naam van de Koran slechte dingen doen. Ik weet zeker dat er geen enkel geloofsovertuiging is, die gebaseerd is op het geweldadig zijn tegen de "ongelovigen".

Absoluut mee oneens. De koran is in veel opzichten juist te duidelijk. Er staan teveel passages in de koran die expliciet oproepen tot geweld jegens ongelovigen. Dit is niet om het christendom te promoten, simpelweg om het verschil aan te duiden tussen hoe de koran en de bijbel toegepast worden in het dagelijks leven.
Niet elke islamist is een terrorist. Bijna elke terrorist is een islamist. Dat moeten we niet negeren!

Ik heb het niet over officiele excuses van organisaties. Wat kunnen die organisaties anders doen dan terrorisme afkeuren? Ik denk dat het niet acceptabel zou klinken als een organisatie terrorisme goedkeurt en dat in het openbaar verkondigt (uitgezonderd bv. Excuses aan de wereld
Ik heb het over demonstraties van moslims zelf. Bijna alle demonstraties door moslims gevoerd zijn negatief gericht tegen het westen en gaan over het doordrukken van hun eigen wetten en regels. Hoeveel demonstraties worden door moslims gehouden die het gebruik van geweld afkeuren? Of deze demonstraties worden door de media de doofpot ingestopt of ze vinden nauwelijks plaats. Trek je eigen conclusie.
Ik vind het vreemd dat je je excuses in dat topic aanbiedt. Als jij een volgeling van de religie van vrede bent en het niet eens bent met geweld in naam van je religie, moet je kritiek leveren op de misbruikers van islam, geen excuses bieden voor die misbruikers! Tevens moeten we kijken naar de oorzaak waar dat geweld op gebaseerd is. Een grote oorzaak is de koran zelf: een broedplaats voor terroristische gedachtegangen mede dankzij het feit dat martelaren in de koran verheerlijkt worden. Als je ergens je excuses voor aan zou moeten bieden, is dat wel voor de inhoud van de koran die vloekt met de 21e eeuwse beschaving en het starre geloof daarin! Een ieder die dat ontkent kent of de koran niet, of is een islamist!

Het soort excuus dat zelfs veel atheisten klakkeloos accepteren.
