Idd zeer grappig! K1 kwam op die #$%! campingzender SBS6 trouwens wat later dan aangeven stond...
Tja SBS he, maar ze zenden het tenminste uit. Als ik mij goed herinner waren zij ook de eerste die K-1 publiciteit gaven door een of andere reportage uit te zenden. Ze mogen wel het geluidsniveau van het commentaar bij de intro's van de vechters omlaag gooien en niet te veel lullen.
Daar erger ik me ook enorm aan ja, dat commentaar van ze. Gewoon helemaal weghalen, of misschien wat betere praters neerzetten want die 2 zijn echt niks.

We tossed her over chain link fences and brick walls, and by the time we got to our car, her dress was in tatters and she was just livid. Keep in mind, this was two years before either guy fought in MMA. I should also point out that I've known Dan for nearly 20 years and Randy almost 15, and it's the only time I've ever seen either guy in a street fight. The dude with the bat just set them off.
Best part is, Randy was interviewing to be the head coach for the U.S. Greco team, and he was out to dinner with the executives the following night. In the middle of dinner, a cop shows up at his table with the manager, and they say that Randy has to leave. When the USA Wrestling attorney asks why, they said that it was because Randy and some buddies had destroyed the place the night before and assaulted their security staff. Turns out it was the same place! Luckily, they just booted Randy and no charges were filed. 100% true.

On Aug. 31 the Nevada State Athletic Commission voted unanimously to withhold $25,000, the equivalent of Sobral’s UFC 74 “win bonus” (he earned an additional $25,000 to “show”). The NSAC voted to uphold the fine (but issued no suspension) last week.
After dominating much of the Aug. 25 fight, Sobral secured a fight-ending anaconda choke in the second round of his preliminary UFC 74 fight. However, after Heath tapped, Sobral refused to break the hold, even as referee Steve Mazzagatti tugged on his arm. Three to four seconds passed before Sobral finally broke his grip. Sobral told the sold-out crowd at the Mandalay Bay Events Center that he wanted to “teach (Heath) a lesson” for disrespecting him during the previous day’s weigh-ins.
Sobral (28-7 MMA, 6-4 UFC) instantly becomes one of Strikeforce’s most-veteran fighters.
The organization hasn’t yet announced when the famed Brazilian grappler will make his debut with the organization.

Deze week niet zo heel veel hilarische quotes uit de TUF kunnen halen, maar ik irriteerde me mateloos aan dat gebitch van Scarola...
Was trouwens een mooi staaltje van weight cutting te zien in deze episode. Die trainer is echt top! Het leek af en toe wel een beetje te gay, volgens een van m'n vrienden die meekeken. Volgende week lijkt trouwens weer tof te worden (H) hahahaha
