ok, tip, gun jezelf van die luxe salades in zo'n schotel van de supermarkt, of heel veel lekker fruit. Geen kersen en druiven want die zijn veel te zoet.
Ik ben net gestopt met roken en ik heb dus meteen een hele lading gezond spul in huis gehaald om te voorkomen dat ik de hele tijd loop te snoepen.
Wat ook helpt: havermout, cruesli en aan verwanten. Vult goed en is niet zo ongezond.
Yoghurt/kwark, hetzelfde verhaal.
Of, suikervrij snoep, spuugduur, maar wel lekker als tractatie af en toe
Ik heb nou trouwens van die flesjes gehaald uit het zuivelschap, waar je hongergevoel van weg zou gaan... Ben benieuwd.

De kraag was te stug en dicht zat ie net een stukje te strak. En er was geen L beschikbaar, helaas (ik probeerde een M was prima werkt voor een lente/zomerjas omdat ie lekker strak op mijn lichaam aansluit met alleen een t-shirt eronder. Voor winterdingen heb ik wel een L nodig.)
