Met name in Engeland circuleren de laatste weken steeds hardnekkiger de geruchten dat PSV nadrukkelijke belangstelling heeft voor Salomon Kalou. Voor de camera's van de NOS liet de spits doorschemeren dat er contact is.
Op de vraag of hij volgend seizoen bij PSV speelt glimlacht Kalou geheimzinnig. "Op dit moment is alleen Chelsea nog aan de orde en doe ik alles voor Chelsea. Voor volgend seizoen is nog niets bekend en dat zal binnenkort allemaal wel duidelijk worden."

De Ivoriaan zou door PSV voor één of twee seizoenen gehuurd moeten worden van Chelsea. Ronald Koeman liet eerder al weten gecharmeerd te zijn van de rappe aanvaller, terwijl de coach ook aangaf dat PSV zich komende zomer met name aanvallend flink zal gaan versterken.

In my opinion Adebayor was at fault for PSV's goal. If you watch it he was marking Alex and just let him run. I am not sure if that is to do with zonal marking but surely if they have someone as good as Alex at heading the ball then you have to get someone on him tightly.

Baptista did nothing for me, yet again.
Ljungberg tried hard but is not the same player and I think really needs to be sold to allow space for the likes of Theo to develop.
Henry should probably now be rested till the end of the season to ensure that he is right for next year.

Hleb was a little to headless for me again tonight and has been like that since he came back from injury, but he has probably been our best player this season, so I will forgive him.

The positives for me was Denilson, who again showed that he can mix it at the highest level.
Clichy drove forward excellently but he needs more composure in the final third.
Having said that it is his first full season as our 1st choice left back and he will improve greatly from that experience.
I expect him to the first choice French left back within 2 seasons.

I think that this Summer will be a busy Summer with players coming and going.
