Weymouth's FA Cup first round tie against Bury will be screened live on BBC TV's Match of the Day. Ray Stubbs introduces live coverage from 1405 GMT on BBC ONE on Sunday 12 November at Weymouth's Wessex Stadium.
The Terras reached the first round by beating Hungerford 3-0 in the fourth qualifying round. League Two side Bury now follow in the footsteps of Nottingham Forest - who needed a replay to overcome Weymouth in last season's first round.
Clubs featured in live televised ties in the first round will receive £75,000 from the Football Association's broadcast payments. In addition, winners of all 40 first-round ties will receive £16,000.

Bandaged official Alan Sheffield receives treatment at Spytty Park
The all-Welsh FA Cup encounter between Newport County and Swansea City descended into chaos when the fourth official was hit by a coin.
The incident came after Alan Sheffield told the referee he had been verbally abused by County manager Peter Beadle.
As Beadle made his way to the stand, Sheffield collapsed after being struck, causing an eight-minute delay to the game - which Swansea won 3-1.
Sheffield was stretchered off and taken to hospital in an ambulance.

We gaan bijna beginnenquote:1457: Teams start coming out up and down the country and the Watford and Stockport players are greeted by wet and wild conditions at Vicarage Road.
1455: One for the stattos out there. Premiership teams have a 70% win ratio over the last four seasons at this stage so don't hold your breath for any upsets. Of the games they have lost 13 have been to a fellow top-flight club.
1453: And then there were 22! Reading against Burnley has been called off because of that waterlogged pitch at the Madejski Stadium. Boos great the announcement, but any other decision would have been laughable. That's the second weekend running the Clarets have had a match caled off.
1450: It is that time of the year when people rave on about the romance of the Cup. Bet they didn't have those two smooching at Leicester in mind though when the phrase was coined.
1448: There's a cluster of Macclesfield fans at Stamford Bridge with a flag bearing the message 'Against all Odds'. Fair comment with Chelsea 1-25 to win down at the bookies. Paul Ince's League Two outfit are 33-1.
1446: Ryder Cup hero Lee Westwood is supposedly a Nottingham Forest fan, so what's he doing at Doncaster Rovers? Having a good old chin-wag with Donny chairman John Ryan, that's what.
1444: New West Ham signing Luis Boa Morte is going to make his debut wearing number 13. No sign of Nigel Reo-Coker. Is he injured or has he been tactically rested to guard against being cup-tied if he moves clubs.
1442: Bad conditions for Reading and Burnley at the Madejski Stadium. Teeming rain and a drenched pitch means there's a fair chance there will be no football there, although you could grow rice.
1440: OK, Doncaster have only played one match at their new £32m ground, but they are on a good run of form at home when you include games at the Belle Vue. They have not shipped a goal in winning their last five home games.
1439: Doncaster's sparkling new Keepmoat Stadium looks spick and span for their big match against Bolton. Donny are unbeaten there and have yet to concede a goal.
1436: A good sight for Chelsea fans. Petr Cech, sporting a rugby scrum cap, is being put through his paces in goal. He is not involved in the game but it shows his comeback is bang on track.
1432: Macclesfield are tuning up on the turf at Stamford Bridge. The steepling stands are a far cry from their 6,335-capacity Moss Rose home. The champions may not include Dider Drogba but it is a strong team all the same, although the bench is weak.
1430: In an effort to find the magic of the Cup we will have a wanderlust spirit this afternoon and thrilling acts of giantkilling will soon find their way on to our selected list of matches.
