Manchester United has announced the appointment of Malcolm Glazer's sons Joel, Avram and Bryan as new non-executive directors of the club.
The announcement came as chairman Sir Roy Gardner said that he stood down from his post on 6 June.
Non-executive directors Ian Much and Jim O'Neill have also both resigned.
Mr Glazer has won almost complete control of the club shares as part of his controversial Ŗ790m takeover of the club, much to the anger of supporters.
At the end of the May, the board recommended that shareholders accept the Ŗ3 a share being offered by Malcolm Glazer for the remaining stakeholding he does not own.
Mr Glazer currently owns about 76.2% of Manchester United's shares.
On 16 May the billionaire said he had raised his stake in Manchester United to over 75%, finally gaining full control of the club.
He is expected to delist the club's shares by 30 June, in a move would end United's 14-year presence on the London Stock Exchange.
On Tuesday the club also said that Andy Anson had been re-appointed as club commercial director. He was one of the three directors that Glazer voted off the board last November.

he is hollandish and my dad sez that holland is full of drugs...everybody there do drugs even the sheriff... because it's free...he said me that in holland the eat mushrooms and smoke some ciggarettes that stink and eat colorful pills and drug cakes...he knows coz he's been there before...
i think that's why van der boo never scored goals last season...he is a drug user...how can you score a goal if you are high on drugs...?maybe that's why Rude scored so few goals last year maybe he started using drugs too...i think these players must be out of the buccs right now...we don't need no stoners in our team...!!!the buccs should be a drug clean team if we want to win the euro serries next year...sir fergusson sir u must look closer at what players you buy and their bad habbits...
