hier mijn persoonlijke recept:

Yoghurtsaus

Benodigdheden:

2 teentjes knoflook
50 g amandelen
3 dl yoghurt
2 el olijfolie
1 el wijnazijn
3 el peterselie
1 snufje zout


Maak de knoflook schoon. Doe alle ingrediënten in de mengkom van een foodprocessor en laat de machine 15 seconden draaien.

doe de saus in een kom en laat hem in de koelkast door en door koud worden.
