Tanto Mark van Bommel como Santi Ezquerro llegan a coste cero al vencer sus contratos respectivos en junio próximo y sólo exigirán un dispendio en forma de salario, por lo que el Barcelona tiene dinero para gastar amén de cedidos que incluir en operaciones para abaratarlas.

Una parte de los euros disponibles se destinarán al fichaje de un delantero joven y con proyección que garantice goles y una segunda partida, a un central, capítulo donde el zaragocista Milito continúa siendo la opción preferencial. No se descarta que el Barça invierta también en un crack mediático, aunque esa decisión será de club y no de petición de los técnicos, satisfechos con el actual grupo humano. Para el ataque gustan Ryan Babel, del Ajax, y Matías Vuoso, del Santos Laguna mexicano. Babel tiene 18 ańos, marcó un gol en su reciente debut con Holanda frente a Rumanía y en su país le auguran un brillante porvenir. Ahora su precio es asequible (2 millones de euros), pero su cotización no tardará en dispararse.

En cuanto a Vuoso, de 22 ańos y argentino con pasaporte italiano, es una auténtica máquina goleadora. De Independiente emigró al Manchester City inglés, que lo cedió al Santos Laguna, que posteriormente se lo quedó en propiedad. El Barça ha preguntado por este delantero polivalente de 'perfil Larsson', que cuesta unos 3 'kilos' y que asimismo ha cautivado a Atlético de Madrid y Depor.
