This victory is not only mine. It belongs to every teammate, staff member, partner, family member, and supporter who kept pushing with me.

Waar ik het meest onder de indruk van was, was hoe Vollering het gat dichtreed op de koplopers. Dat had ik zelf niet meer zien gebeuren, zeker met drie dames vooraan die vol door reden.

That’s what I had in my mind when I woke up yesterday morning. Just focus, and a rare kind of calmness. Ready to risk it all, and be fine with whatever the outcome would be.
Ready to loose it all. Daring to loose, to be able to win it all. 💯
That was the plan our sport performance staff made for and with us. Everybody believed, my team mates faster than me.
They, team mates and staff, the whole team, made this possible.
If everybody believes, it gives so much confidence. There is no room for doubt left, and even little doubt quickly starts to fade away.
And so it happened, we risked it all, and we won it all in the end. 🩷
Incredible proud on our performance.
