Maar als Iran weigert zelf mee te doen betwijfel ik of die proxies nog zo enthousiast zullen gaan zijn. En of Hezbollah zin heeft om geheel Zuid-Libanon uitgetrapt te worden? Hmm. De vraag wordt dan, zouden de mensen in het Westen die in de bres springen voor de Palestijnen en Hamas zich nu ook achter Hezbollah en de Libanezen gaan scharen? Dan wordt het alleen wel heel erg doorzichtig dat het niets meer met territoriale disputen, vermeend kolonialisme of zogenaamde genocide te maken heeft, maar dat men gewoon tegen Israël is.
