It's likely he was targeting police officers. It would make the most sense as to why he shot randomly until the cops came and spared a lot of people. It would explain his need for heavy body armor. He seems to have been wracked with guilt after shooting at the white car when he realized they weren't cops, and killed himself early.

Dit is meer iets voor het VS topic. Maar inderdaad, dit soort selectiviteit kun je verwachten in veel van de Amerikaanse media. Met doet er alles aan de raciale spanningen aan te wakkeren, waarbij tevens de hand boven het hoofd moet worden gehouden van vermeend onderdrukte minderheden.
