In een debat met de Tweede Kamer zei Van der Burg vandaag dat hij geen maximum wil stellen aan het aantal vluchtelingen uit Oekraïne dat Nederland kan opvangen. "Die vraag is niet aan de orde. We gaan niet bij de 50.001ste of 50.002de zeggen: 'Sorry, het houdt hier op.'"
