Aantal jaren geleden, na 'n operatie, de jonge doctor heeft me hoog dosis vitamin C (1000mg per dag) tegen infectie, maar ook als hulpmiddel tegen depressie/stress geadviseerd. Het heeft zeker geholpen, als dat 'n placebo effect was, wist ik niet.
Recentelijk heb ik weer wat extra Vitamin C genomen. I honestly feel a bit better in general.
