Lijst met stormen buiten het seizoen om. Waarvan de meesten voorkwamen in Mei. Kan zijn dat het er dit jaar twee gaan worden in Mei. GFS laat weer een systeem zien in de buurt van Bermuda. Ook in de Golf van Mexico - Caribische zee lijkt (op langere termijn) wat te gaan ontstaan.

Het is wel aan het broeien in de Golf, als je de weerkaarten bekijkt. Blijft lange termijn, maar kan wat gaan worden voor Mexico, Cuba....Florida.

Of Edouard trekt over onze omgeving met vooral bewolking en enige regen, of het systeem schuift over de zuidelijke Noordzee richting Denemarken en weet dan even flink te activeren. Vooral de wind kan dan rondom deze ex-tropische storm even flink aantrekken. De meest extreme modelberekeningen laten windstoten zien van 100 tot ruim 120 km/u. Als deze optie uitkomt, kunnen we een vergelijking trekken met de zomerstorm van 25 juli 2015 waar we een paar dagen geleden over schreven.
