Aristotle - the father of modern logic and Plato’s most famed pupil - died way back in 322 BC. Since then, his works have been canonised and taught in classrooms across the world (remember having to read Poetics and Politics? Good times). Hint: de gemiddelde Amerikaan / westerling kijkt daar niet intelligenter tegenaan dan de gemiddelde Irakees of Syrier. Dat was het punt. Iedereen denkt "we are the good guys, they are the bad guys", en ze hebben allemaal ongelijk.
Kortom: je bent niet de enige die dat punt mist. En dat is wel een probleem.
