Please follow these steps:

1) Keep the phone for 12 hours without touching and charging...
2) Charge with official charger and usb for 6 hours(after the above mentioned steps) and then
3) Pull off the usb and put back again ... and you may get a LOW battery screen again staying for 4 / 5 mins...
4) Now don't try to boot or anything.. let it charge for 1 hour or more.
5) Now finally boot your device by pressing power button for few seconds
6) Phone should boot normally…

If this doesn't solve our problem, please provide us a video of the problem so I can escalate your concern to our tech team.

Ik heb onlangs ook problemen gehad, waarbij dit stappenplan de oplossing zou zijn. Bij mij was hij toen wel overdischarged...
Ik had het stappenplan alleen online gevonden en de laadcycli die ze daar aangaven waren wel langer. Een dag laden, een nacht niet, en dan weer in de lader en dan na een half uur opstarten.

Maar het heeft waarschijnlijk dus te maken met misconfiguratie van de batterij

Dit heeft geholpen. Vanochtend heb ik hem aan de lader gelegd en toen reageerde hij weer. Stond iets in het scherm met battery low en een rij chinese tekens.

Ja, vreemd inderdaad, lijkt erop dat mensen er lastvan hebben gekregen sinds die nieuwe update (058 of 038 oid??). Ik had het zelf een maandje geleden (had hem toen ongeveer een half jaar). Maar toen heb ik hem inderdaad wel hard leeg laten lopen, was gewoon bezig met een spelletje terwijl de batterij niet zo veel power meer had... Dat op 40-60% ineens uitvallen vind ik nog wel raarder eigenlijk :S

Zal binnen een paar uur nadat de eerste hem heeft ontvangen wel op xda verschijnen. Handmatig flashen is net zo makkelijk.

Je kan al handmatig flashen. Hoe? Staat op xda en op het oneplus forum.

Ziet er naar uit dat ik hetzelfde heb nu. Batterij zat nog rond de 40% en telefoon reageert nu nergens meer op. Vanavond maar eens hiermee aan de slag...

Oké nou troost je, het is op te lossen ik had het namelijk gisteren weer .

Mocht het nog niet werken heb ik hier ook nog een mail van Oneplus:

Vooral het dikgedrukte heeft volgens mij geholpen. Dus eerst 30 seconden de powerknop inhouden 5x en dan 12 uur laten liggen. Daarna 10 minuten aan de lader leggen en de telefoon aanzetten.

Ondertussen is CM12 hier ook geinstalleerd. Moest het wel zelf doen, maar alsnog geen apps/data kwijt.

COS12 wel als je nu CM11s draait, kwestie van geduld.

Ik draai gewoon stock. Heb de laatste update. Heb je misschien een indicatie?
