Heb niet echt iets nodig maar als er toevallig eens ergens dr martens 1461 in zwart of donkerbruin voor ruim onder de honderd aangeboden worden...
Vaak zet ik bij webshops wat artikelen die ik niet wil vergeten in mijn winkelwagen. Facebook blijft je dan bombarderen met ads van die artikelen en adere aanbiedingen met vergelijkbare artikelen. Net als met die Lee broeken. Een tijdje terug een overhemd op de Lee site besteld. Dan blijven ze je tot in den treure op de hoogte houden.

Hi Bob, there is really not that much to show at the moment. Combs have settled very nicely. Fading is slowly starting to happen so I think that two more weeks of wear before showing evo pics will be much more exciting.

Hey Bob, I'm actually a little bit disappointed wirh the quality of the masa. I've already had a crotch blowout and now a second one is developing rght next to the old one. Also, the stitching on the back of the denim is coming of. Although the blue hue coming through is really nicequote:

Crotch blowout can happen to any jeans and brand that come with very tight at hip and thigh, I'd say its all about the cutting not about the quality of jeans itself or the fabric quality.
Someone said he can't get on his bicycle, this reflect that jeans' hip and thigh are really narrow and tight.
In this case, I've to say sorry for make the cutting too tight at hip and thigh, then crotch will receive too much tension when people wearing them and then blowout easily.
I promise I'll reconsider about the cutting and improve the cutting for the best fit and comfortable and durable.
ps. My old model, such as Aviator or the oldest one that I gave to farmer to test, didn't have a crotch blowout problem because the have a regular/big top block. So I'll merge those idea to gather and make the great jeans for you.

No problem, Bob. I might have jumped to conclusions too soon. Since I beat these jeans more than I did to my older ones. Normally I don't wear fits as thight as the 1001, so that might also be why I was suprised to have a crotchrip this soon.
Thanks a lot Pedroo for information and suggestions. I'll bring all suggestions and comments to improve the new cutting… may be I'll bring back the old style top block instead this modern one.

There seems to be something different about the cut though. The aviator seems to give me a lot more room to move compared to the 2001, even though it's almost as thight around the thighs. The crotch of the 2001 will probably blow out faster then my Aviator because of that.quote:

Btw, the Aviator is probably the best fit I've ever worn.

I love the cut of the 1001 model and will definitely buy a couple of old style 1001's if you decide to make drastical changes to the cut in the top block, Bob. That is, if my current pair's crotch will not blow out before at least 4/5 months of wear
Personally I don't like the combination of a very slim fitting thigh/ leg and a saggy ass seat, at all. You could probably tag the waist true to size for a next batch, without changing the rest of the measurements. That way guys like kipknots and Pedroo get an extra 1/8-1/4" from the waistband down without having to go up in tagged size.
The 1001 I wear is, except for a loose waistband, bordering on skinny from top to bottom and that's the only way a 1001 should fit imo.

Ik lees hier al een tijdje mee en wil toch ook een keer aan een selvedge beginnen. Nu is dat toch vrij moeilijk te vinden en nu zag ik een broek voor een mooie prijs van Tommy Hilfiger maar zo goed als geen informatie.

Selvedge is niet belangrijkste factor, dat is de fabric en het niet bewerken ervan.

There are few patterning techniques to make top block more comfortable for wearing and movements without adding too much inches on hip and thigh. I'm working on it right now.
I'd say that 1001 is for skinny guy, 2001 is for skinny/normal body, Aviator is for normal to a bit gym-regularly guy.
@kimetto I'll keep the leg opening of the 1001, I guess people hit the 1001 because they like taper leg 7" . I'll do my best on combining them together with the most suitable top block.
