Het is in ieder geval niet de schuld van 1 groep of 1 persoon. Want de federale politie heeft de stad ook verlaten en die hebben niks met de Koerden te maken.
De stad is gewoon compleet leeggehaald van veiligheidsdiensten voordat ISIS en de baathisten er in trokken. Zonder gevechten, weerstand, helemaal niks.
