Nederland heeft die deelnemers Cheryl Maas voor de Slopestyle. Dolf van der Wal en Dimi de Jong gaan het op de halfpipe proberen. Slopestyle is nieuw op de Olympische Spelen. Maas werd acht jaar geleden als eens elfde op de halfpipe. Van der Wal werd vier jaar geleden 37ste. Dimi de Jong (19) doet voor het eerst mee.
