Volgens mij bedoeld hij dat er als ze zijn broek korter maken ze alleen het naaipunt verleggen maar de stof niet daadwerkelijk afknippen.
Klinkt mij vreemd in de oren, de broek van mn gf is gehemmed maar eerst korter geknipt en toen weer vast genaaid.

Dit is gewoon een originele afgeknipte hem. Die is daarna op het uiteinde van de op lengte gemaakte pijp genaaid. Gebeurt wel vaker, dit doet men omdat de roping van de hem (die eigenlijk dan deel uitmaakt van de wassing) bij de broek blijf als t ware.

There will have a hidden "X" bartack (zigzag worm) instead of hidden rivet. You can see X inside the jeans (same position as hidden rivets were) but they won't show on outside, like hidden rivet.
This hidden X will carry the same enforcement functional as hidden rivet without destroy the pocket's corner too fast when you sitting around like hidden rivet do.

Jup. En het is inderdaad een druk klokje, maar om een of andere reden vind ik dat bij deze wel werkt. Meeste chronografen vind ik dan bv weer niks.
Zat eerder ook te kijken naar een minimalistische wwII-stijl piloten horloge, maar de mooie modellen begonnen daarbij bij de 600 Euro

Tellason update. Inmiddels een jaar plus één week wear. Fades worden mooi, maar hij begint echt een beetje uit elkaar te vallen. Beltloops beginnen zowel voor als achter los te raken en de gaten in de vouw van de cuff worden steeds groter. Crotch is er helemaal slecht aan toe, die is al een keer verstevigd maar begint nu op 4/5 punten op te raken (zie laatste foto, vooral die grote scheur onder de gulp
).

I found some interesting Non-Selvedge fabrics from KURABO, NISSHINBO and KAIHARA.
And I decide to add Non-Selvedge to my new project as a basic choices,
So you can enjoy the flavor of the Japanese and have fun breaking in a pair of high quality raw denim when your wallet still fat.

I know that weather in Netherlands is unpredictable and cold for almost the whole year, and people there need some thick denim.
... just curious about the season in Netherlands...is it cold (around 10 c degree) for the whole year? what about summer time there?I will adjust my collection to meet the season there.
I plan to visit Amsterdam after my trip to Japan in April... may be June or July
