De vijftiende editie van de Radio 2 Top 2000!
Van Kerst tot Oud & Nieuw presenteert het Radio 2-team 24 uur per dag de 2000 favoriete platen van Nederland. De 156 uur durende muzikale marathon is ook te beluisteren en te zien via de website van Radio 2.

Woensdag 25 december 12.00 uur tot en met dinsdag 31 december 24.00 uur.

De Tunes
Bijna alle tunes zijn 'legendarische radiotunes' uit heden en vooral verleden. Ze zijn voor de eerste Radio 2 Top 2000 in 1999 opnieuw opgenomen door het Metropole Orkest o.l.v. Dick Bakker. De arrangementen zijn van Onno Krijn.
Het gaat om de volgende tunes: aan het begin van ieder uur: Tommy Ouverture (The Who). Altijd aan het einde van het uur (overzicht): Swinging Olympia (Europarade) Verder worden gebruikt: Soul Coaxing, Guess what, Cute, Mannix, Babyface, The man.

Cultura 24:
Vanaf 25 december tot en met oudejaarsavond klokslag twaalf uur is de Top 2000 Visual Radio non-stop live te zien op Cultura24. Verrijkt met clips van en informatie over artiesten en songs uit de Lijst der Lijsten.
Nederland 3
Tijdens de Top 2000 kun je in de nachtelijke uurtjes ook meekijken in de studio via Ned3 tussen +/- 01.00 - 06.00 uur.

Ik ga komend uur de radio zacht zetten en op een laag pitje actief zien. Te veel matige, tot ronduit slechte muziek. En ik moet nog wat dingen doen.
