Heb uiteindelijk gekozen voor Hot Shots omdat ik toch net iets meer neig naar het 'lach of ik schiet/ melige ' genre.

Erg lastig, ze staan vrijwel even hoog in m'n top 100. Als totale film is The Big Lebowski misschien beter, maar er zijn weinig films zo ontzettend grappig en quotebaar als Holy Grail...

Het is wel grappig om te kijken wat er in 2002 gebeurde, toen we dit tournament ook hadden. Monty Python and the Holy Grail was toen de winnaar en The Big Lebowski had het moeilijk. Deze laatste film zat toen in een poule met South Park, There's Something About Mary en Wayne's World:

Grappig hoe bepaalde meningen over films met de tijd zo veranderen. Lebowski is sindsdien alleen maar populairder geworden lijkt het wel, terwijl Something About Mary wordt herinnerd als niet meer dan een leuke comedy van die tijd die er al in de tweede ronde wordt uitgestemd.
