How about a person with both a Brittish and a Dutch nationality? Logic dictates that one would have double the chances in the prize draw.

well, we use a slightly different survey for british consumers. It's hardly that we could meet the same person in both the Netherlands and the UK.quote:

According to what you said, it would be a very rare occasion. For instance, a person who was born in Korea and grew up in Korea, but moved to the UK and is holding a British passport, would be considered still a Korean. If you consider yourself as both Dutch or British, it would depend on where you are living at the moment.
