the brands were chosen based on the data of focus groups and interviews. ZARA sells products both for males and females. If in your opinion it's for females, it would be represented in your answers regarding its brand image. Regarding how you see yourself and how others see you. People also have different perceptions. For some of them, they see these two as the same.
for part 5, it doesn't matter. If you feel they are all important, just tick your real opinion. This kind of study is trying to explore the relationships among band image, self-image, cultural stuff.
