Enige muziek die ik luister die wel eens in Drop D is is Rise Against of Tool, voor de rest bijna allemaal in standaard 
. Maar je kunt nummers in Eb gewoon omzetten naar Drop D, dat doe ik dan ook bijna altijd omdat ik lui ben

En soms ben ik daar zelfs te lui voor, en speel ik het desbetreffende powerchord/noot gewoon een octaaf hoger .
