In anticipation of Sunday night's last-minute meeting between the players and owners, the owners have backed off their demand of a 50-50 BRI split.
The demand was a hardball tactic used by the owners, but it sounds as if they're willing to re-negotiate their previous position. If that's the case, it could be an imperative step in the process. We'll have all of the updates as they occur, and with Stern, Silver, Fisher, Hunter and Spurs owner Peter Holt (head of labor relations committee) joining the process tonight, all of the right people are undoubtedly in the room to make something positive happen.

Denk dat het op 51/49 in voordeel van de spelers gaat uitkomen. Dan heeft de league toch mooi 6% erafgehaald tov vorige keer en zijn de spelers nog de "morele" winnaars met het grootste percentage.

Eerder las ik namelijk dat je zei dat we maandagmorgen meer zouden weten. Had niet in de gaten dat de gesprekken uitgesteld zouden worden.
