Van 18 t/m 24 december 2010 vindt de 7e editie van Serious Request plaats, ditmaal op De Markt in Eindhoven. Het doel dit jaar is het helpen van kinderen die hun ouders verloren hebben aan HIV of Aids

Dit jaar zijn de DJ's niet door een stemming verkozen, maar zijn ze aangewezen door de zendercoördinatie. Wilbert Mutsaers maakt op 16 november in de Coen en Sander Show bekend wie er dit jaar in het huis kwamen. De jocks die dit jaar een wel heel minimaal kerstdiner krijgen te verduren zijn:

› Gerard Ekdom
› Coen Swijnenberg
Behalve luisteren kan je ook kijken naar Serious Request! Dit kan onder andere op delen van de dag via de Publieke TV-zenders Nederland 1 en 3.
Daarnaast is Serious Request ook dit jaar weer via speciale kanalen bij de kabelmaatschappijen te zien, waaronder Ziggo, UPC, Caiway, en Canal Digitaal. Verder zendt het digitale kanaal 101TV van BNN ook 24/7 uit met beelden vanuit het Glazen Huis.
Verder is elke dag tussen 19.30 en 20.20 uur (zaterdag tussen 20.00 en 20.50uur) een Serious Request Update op Nederland 3, waarin Sophie Hilbrand en Sander Lantinga vertellen wat er de afgelopen dag is gebeurd en wat er nog staat te gebeuren.
