Dat vergat ik niet en dat wist ik. Ik vind alleen dat je dezelfde kampioenschappen moet vergelijken en zover ik weet heeft Senna geen Duits F3 kampioenschap gereden of vergis ik me dan heel erg?

Echter denk ik wel dat het europees F3 van een hoger niveau is dan het Duits of Brits F3

Vitantonio Liuzzi is close to securing the final race seat on the 2011 grid.

That is the claim of the Spanish newspaper AS, despite Italian Liuzzi's former Red Bull teammate Christian Klien saying on Sunday that he is still in the running.

"The last details are still missing but the agreement between Hispania and Liuzzi is about to be formalised," read the report.

29-year-old Liuzzi, who was dropped by Force India despite having a contract for 2011, tested HRT's 2010 car recently, as did another contender Giorgio Mondini.

Diario AS also said HRT will launch its 2011 car on Wednesday or Thursday at the Circuit de Catalunya, during the final pre-season test.

Indian Narain Karthikeyan, linked with HRT's only confirmed sponsor so far Tata Motors, will drive the sister F111 this season.

Agreeing that Liuzzi and Klien are the main contenders for the other seat, a report in the Swiss newspaper Blick reads: "(Colin) Kolles must have realised that after Karthikeyan they must not have another Geldesel ('money-mule')."

After they tested recently with HRT, Vitantonio Liuzzi and Giorgio Mondini are considered the favourites for the cockpit.

But Austrian Klien, who impressed on his few outings for the struggling Spanish team last year, revealed: "My manager Roman Rummenigge is in permanent contact with the (HRT) team's management."

He told his official website that he does not think Liuzzi and Mondini are better placed to secure the ride due to their recent test outings.

"All tests were done with the 2010 car, which I have raced on five weekends last season," said Klien.

He admitted the irony of once again facing off against Liuzzi, with whom he had to share a single Red Bull cockpit in 2005.

"But Tonio and I have remained good friends over the years," said Klien. "As usual we phoned after his HRT test.

"No matter who gets the drive, it will not change our good and respectful relationship."

He said his 'plan B' is a third driver role elsewhere in F1.

"If neither works out you will certainly find me racing elsewhere," insisted Klien.
