Ik vond het grappig dat Alex op een vreemde toon zei dat ze zich wel vermaken op het podium.

Ja, de vraag was of ze terug met Homme of Ford gingen samenwerken en Alex en Matt negeerden het Ford gedeelte in de vraag. Best opvallend, denk persoonlijk dat het wel betekent dat Ford terug gaat producen.

Arctic Monkeys are set to begin work on their next album immediately after their north American tour finishes next month.
Speaking to NME Radio's Jon Hillcock, the band are playing a series of shows, but rather than take time off they will begin writing and recording the follow-up to 'Humbug'.
The band played probably their last UK show for the time being on Sunday (March 28) when they performed third album 'Humbug' in full in London.
"We've said we'll stop touring this album and we're eager to start working on new stuff again, not have time off again," explained drummer Matt Helders.
He added that though the group were keen to work with Queens Of The Stone Age's Josh Homme again as a producer, he was unsure whether both groups would be free at the same time.
"It's hard to say, both parties are up for it but they have a lot going on around the time we'd need to be recording," he explained, "but we'd like to."
While admitting he was not sure how the album would sound, frontman Alex Turner admitted the band have been writing new songs already.
"We haven't tied our shoelaces yet, so it's hard to say [what it would sound like] there's a few things we've been playing around together and we've spoke about how we might go about it," he said. "We haven't started walking yet, the laces are undone, never mind dancing."
Meanwhile, Helders added that he had asked his friend P Diddy about rumours he was buying London football team Crystal Palace, but the rapper was playing his cards close to his chest.
"I tried to get the info and said he couldn't tell me," admitted the drummer. "He laughed it off as a joke and didn't give me any information. But why else would he have heard of Crystal Palace? When I mentioned it I thought he'd say 'Who'? He said he likes the name."

Lijkt me ook niet wenselijk om je nu alweer op een side-project te richten. En zeker niet voor Miles, die nog zo veel in petto heeft. Ik zag hem zaterdag net de backstage inglippen, en hoorde later dat hij verteld had dat zijn solo-album voltooid is.quote:Alex Turner puts Puppets in box?
Alex Turner has said there are presently no plans for him to make another album with The Last Shadow Puppets.
The Arctic Monkeys frontman recorded debut 'The Age Of the Understatement' with his side project band - which also features musician Miles Kane - in 2008, but although the pair hoping to enter the studio last year, Alex said it is now unlikely they will return at any point soon.
When asked if the band had plans to record by Absolute Radio, he said: "I wouldn't have thought so, no. Miles has just kind of completed his record, so that will sort of tie him up for a bit I think. Yeah, I don't think so.
Arctic Monkeys played at London's Albert Hall venue on Saturday (27.03.10) in aid of charity Teenage Cancer trust, and Alex said his family were coming down to see the band play.
He said: "Yeah, it's the one isn't it, to bring them down to, yeah. My mum and dad are coming. It's got big heritage, but yeah, obviously it's amazing.
"It makes a difference when you play in a place that looks nice as well, inside, where it's like traditional."

Weet nog goed dat ik door Brussel liep, plots de soundcheck kon horen, en Miles telkens tussen de nummers door de riff van "I Want You" hoorde spelen. Vele nummers passeerden, en toen, uit het niets.... Een volle uitvoering van de track. Wat een moment.
De Nettles reprises. Damn, wat een geweldige gig was het toch ook
