I must express my respect and appreciation for Therese Aigner. To my knowlege, she is the first professional, accredited environmental expert/engineer to stand up and formally and emphatically connect unusual water test results with the unusual aerial activity.

That the rainwater barium and aluminum chem-bliz 'pollution' is directly from chemtrails is clearly stated in her cover letter of the lab test results:

Dear Ms. Miller:

1.0 Per your three (3) samples submitted to the writer (Project No.SMS 514); attached please find the Analytical Results Summary for samples number (s) 514-1, 514-2 and 514-3 This summary also includes the proper and completed Chain of Custody.

1.1 There is also a copy of your original sample labels which have been "G" 'd in with the above samples.

2.0 If you look at the "Results" of each one of the "Parameters" ; there is consistancy here. This would indicate a very controlled delivery (dispersion) of Chemtrails by aircraft in your area.

2.1 The "Results" would also indicate that the contaminants would have had to be delivered in large amounts (pounds per min.) and in concentrated form.

2.2 In addition to the above; we would not expect to find the above "Parameters" under normal circumstances (regardless of quantity) in your area.


Also: the Government Directorates that are operating the Chemtrails delivery (dispersion) aircraft should be subject to the following Title 40 (ENVIRONMENTAL) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR's):

3.1 40 CFR 1 to 86; [Air Programs ].

3.2 40 CFR 87 to 149: [Water Programs].

3.3 40 CFR 150 to 189; [FIFRA-Pesticide Programs].

3.4 40 CFR 190 to 299; [RCRA-Solid Waste and Hazardous Waste].

3.5 40 CFR 300 to 399; [CERCLA Sect. 312 & 313 (Community Right to
Know)/Superfund/SARA Title 111].

3.6 40 CFR 400 to 899; [Water Effluent Guideline & Standards].

3.7 40 CFR 700 to 790; [Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)].

4.0 Under normal circumstances these Directorates would be required to comply to ALL registration, notification, and permitting reequirements as mandated by the CFR's called out in the above section 3.0

4.1 In short: "THEY" have placed themselves above the LAW.

The presence of Aluminum, Barium, Calcium, Magnesium, and Titanium in the air over a part of the United States is now formally documented, in as reliable a way as is available to an ordinary American citizen.

Over three months, three separate rainwater and snow samples from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, have been collected and submitted for formal 'double-blind' laboratory analysis. Tests were ordered for several elements that should NOT be present in normal rain/snow. The results should have come back marked 'N/D' ('None Detected') for all tests...

But, that hope was smashed.

The substances that many of us who have been researching the chemtrail issue suspect are in the air --- ARE IN THE AIR.

And coming down in rain and snow.

Especially BARIUM.

This devastating data points to a deliberate atmospheric release of massive quantities of material containing Aluminum, Barium, Calcium, Magnesium, Calcium, and Titanium.

These bleak figures also point to the possibility of a grim outlook for the humans (and animals) under this chem-bliz 'fallout', as well as the entire physical ecosystem.

We were not designed to breathe these materials. Especially at the tiny particulate size, which has over and over been proven to cause increased death rates. (Most recently by the Journal of American Medical Association, 3/6/2002, 'Mortality, and Long-term Exposure to Fine Particulate Air Pollution')

More testing is urgently called for.

Other substances may be present -- these five were the only tests ordered, based on information collected from the Carnicom Chemtrail Site and Discussion Board. The form in which these documented five exist -- carbonates, hydrates, stearates (?) etc.-- is still unknown.

As chemtrails -- the postulated release method for these materials -- have been continually observed and documented over the United States and most of the world, more testing in other areas must be done to confirm that this is not simply a localized, temporary phenomena. The health and ecologic effects of these materials entering the groundwater, oceans, agriculture/food supply, and food chains must be considered and studied.

The health, climactic, and planetary effects of the massive quantities that must exist in the upper atmosphere to reach the ground in detectable levels must be studied.

The importance of these issues cannot be understated. Clifford Carnicom, Lorie Kramer, Kim Weber, Teresa S., David Peterson, and Terese Aigner have provided the information and encouragement for this direction. Deep gratitude is extended to them.

Vereecke was zes jaar burgemeester, maar zegde de politiek vaarwel om zich te verdiepen in diverse problematieken. Daarbij ontdekte hij de chemtrails. 'Op een hoogte van 10 kilometer laten vliegtuigen lijnen van gecondenseerde waterdamp na. Die verdwijnen snel. Overigens is het leuk te lezen dat reacties bij de Telegraaf, mensen de quatschberichten niet meer accepteert. De pauperhoernalisten gaan maar door en gaan maar door met regelrechte staatspropaganda en elke serieuze issue compleet links latend.

Er is langzamerhand een beweging gaande dat men het niet meer accepteert. Politici, BigPharma, BigFood en BigAgri gaan te ver met hun fascistische grappen en grollen.

Ehm nee. Het is eerder "eng" dat jij denkt dat ze het verplicht zijn. Ook voor hen is de vaccinatie een optie, geen verplichting. Voor zwangere vrouwen (in de vroege fase) is het zelfs aan te raden ivm vatbaarheid voor de ongeboren vrucht.
Voor de zorg kan een enkeling (ivm werkzaamheden) contractueel verplicht zijn (denk aan bepaalde ziekenhuisafdelingen) maar meer dan dat is het niet.

Maar verder staat het mensen vrij om gewoon niet te gaan. Het is geen verplicht vaccin, zoals we dat ook niet kennen in Nederland!

Leuk dat er bij serieuze tests (voor de lieve vrede wil ik best even aanemen dat dit zo was) is aangetoond dat er kennelijk ongebruikelijke metalen in het regenwater zitten. Ik zie echter geen bewijs dat die metalen er DUS in voorkomen omdat ze door vliegtuigen gesproeid worden. Dat iets in het regenwater zit betekent alleen dat de stof kennelijk in de lucht voorkwam. Maar mijns insziens kan dat oook gebeurd zijn door industrie op de grond, het verkeer, vliegtuigmotoren, stof die door vulkaanuitbarstingen in de atmosfeer wordt gebracht....
Ik zie het verband met chemtrailen dus niet zo.

Aan de dames en heren van de pers en al wie van oordeel is dat de waarheid aan het licht moet komen mijn hartelijke groet!
Ik ben Peter Vereecke, oud-burgemeester van Evergem.
Begin juli kwam ik 'in the picture' van zowel de (schrijvende) pers als de (regionale) tv omdat ik als ex-burgemeester in de gemeenteraad aandacht had gevraagd voor het zorgwekkende fenomeen van de chemtrails.

Toen een krantenartikel hierover door een mij onbekend iemand ook op internet gezet werd (o.a. in het Engels) begon ik heel wat reacties te krijgen (zelfs vanuit Amerika!) : "eindelijk iemand die zijn nek uitsteekt en dit schanddalig fenomeen aanklaagt!". Dit is dus een zaak die veel meer mensen beroert dan ik oorspronkelijk dacht.

Sindsdien heb ik mij nog verder en dieper geïnformeerd, heb contacten gelegd met tal van overheidsdiensten en is mijn verontwaardiging-onrust nog toegenomen.

Zo is mij duidelijk geworden
* dat het voornaamste gevolg (en wellicht ook de bedoeling ...) van chemtrails is ons immuniteitssyteem te ondermijnen en ons zodoende tot een gemakkelijk slachtoffer van allerlei aandoeningen te maken.
* dat het verschijnsel zijn oorsprong kent bij de US Army, waar men sinds de jaren veertig in het kader van de biologische oorlogvoering heel intens zoekt naar agressieve virussen en dat men in dat kader experimenten doet bij de eigen bevolking (ongelofelijk maar waar en reeds toegegeven !)
* dat men enerzijds alles ontkent maar anderzijds in officiële documenten als 'Vison for 2020' en 'Owning the weather in 2025' OPENLIJK spreekt over 'aerial obscuration', dwz het opzettelijk in de lucht aanbrengen van een kunstmatig schild door middel van miljoenen tonnen (!) chemische stoffen.
Het is dus al jaren een wereldwijd fenomeen.

Wie zich hiervan bewust wordt heeft twee mogelijkheden :
* ofwel binnenskamers eens goed vloeken
* ofwel in actie schieten en de kat de bel aanbinden
Ik kan niet anders dan voor dit laatste te opteren. In het krantenartikel heeft men de term 'kruistocht' gebuikt en dit is niet zo slecht gekozen:
Ik wil en zal mij - koste wat kost - inzetten om de waarheid rond dit fenomeen aan het licht te brengen!
Daarom ben ik gisteren naar de onderzoeksrechter Jean-Claude Claeys te Gent gestapt om na het betalen van 250 euro voorschot strafrechterlijke klacht met burgerlijke partijstelling neer te leggen wegens 'het systematisch en opzettelijk in de atmosfeer brengen van allerlei chemische en biologische stoffen, die een ernstige gevaar betekenen voor de volksgezondheid'.

Ik wens inderdaad dat dit misdrijf grondig wordt onderzocht en dat op een objectieve manier wordt vastgesteld over welke stoffen het in Vlaanderen/België gaat, welke de identiteit van de opdrachtgever is en met welke bedoelingen dit gebeurt. Uiteindelijk is het natuurlijk dat zo vlug mogelijk gestopt wordt met dit fenomeen.
De klacht is neergelegd tegen onbekenden maar ik heb duidelijk gemaakt dat ik heel sterke vermoedens heb dat het hele chemtrail-project in Europa wordt gecoördineerd en uitgevoerd door de Navo, die dit uiteraard ook ontkent.
Ik roep hierbij op dat iedereen die mij hierover nuttige informatie zou kunnen geven contact met mij opneemt : piloten, militairen, mensen die actief (geweest) zijn op luchthavens, die werken aan vliegtuigen, enz. .
Ik garandeer absolute discretie en anonimiteit.
Ik heb deze klacht neergelegd als individuele burger, als een kleine David tegen de gigant Goliath, maar ik doe dit niet voor mij alleen en ik sta ook niet alleen.

Omdat er zovele mensen nu reeds op de hoogte zijn maar voorlopig nog vanuit een isolement, heb ik een oproep gelanceerd voor een bijeenkomst, die eind deze maand zal doorgaan en waarop zal nagegaan worden in hoeverre we een actie-comité kunnen vormen.

Voornaamste bedoeling is om enerzijds de kritische krachten van wakkere burgers te bundelen en anderzijds (achtergond)informatie op een duidelijke wijze aan te bieden. Chemtrails zijn geen geîsoleerd fenomeen. Nu al wordt duidelijk dat we in het najaar afstevenen op een mundiale vaccinatie tegen de vermeende pandemie van Mexicaanse griep. Ook daar valt heel veel over en vooral tegen te zeggen. En er is de financiële en economische crisis.
En eind dit jaar wordt de codex alimentarius van kracht.
Ik roep iedereen die hiervoor interesse heeft om op een of andere manier mee te werken aan zo'n comité om met mij contact op te nemen voor nadere info.
Wie interesse heeft in de tekst van de klacht en in het basisdocument over chemtrails gelieve contact met mij op te nemen.
Bij wijze van door- en nadenker voeg ik in bijlage een tekst, waaruit blijkt dat de Hopi-indianen het fenomeen van de chemtrails reeds hadden voorzien.
Ik zou het zeer waarderen mocht u vanuit uw positie de nodige aandacht aan deze zaak willen besteden en er een ruime verspreiding aan geven.

The Westwood Trials - Following the successful BW 'sabotage' attack on the Pentagon, by operatives from the Special Operation Division of Camp Detrick, the scientists from the UK Biological Warfare research facility at Porton Down decided to conduct similar experiments of their own. Unfortunately for them, they were refused permission to use Government buildings in Whitehall, London so, after a lengthy search for a suitable test location, they chose to use the highly classified underground British Museum Art Repository in Westwood Quarry, Wiltshire.During 1950-1951, scientists released large aerosols of an opportunistic pathogen in the British Museum part of the underground quarry - live Serratia marcescens (the same strain of bacteria which was used in the 1950 San Francisco experiments, and which is associated with the fatality of a hospital patient). Unfortunately, these large bacterial aerosols escaped from the BM Repository and entered the adjacent Royal Enfield underground factory. This factory was occupied at the time by over 200 workers! Needless to say, Porton scientists did not warn the factory workers of the risks - neither did they monitor the factory workers health!

The Railway Coach Trials - Yet another series of 'sabotage' experiments. This time the purpose was to investigate the feasibility of sabotage attacks on railway trains as they travelled through a tunnel. During these experiments, Porton scientists contaminated regular trains carrying members of the public as they passed through a tunnel on the Salisbury-Exeter line in the mid-fifties. The trials procedure was for a scientist to hide in a tunnel, equipped with a portable spraying apparatus. Just as the train passed, he operated the spray unit which produced a bacterial aerosol. Trials results proved that the interior of the train carriages became contaminated with the chosen bacteria. The passengers were not informed of their participation!

The BW 'Attacks' on the City of Salisbury - During 1960, an aircraft, flying an arc 40 miles upwind of Porton's nearby city of Salisbury, sprayed large quantities of a cadmium compound - Zinc Cadmium sulphide (ZnCds). This compound was carried by the wind into the city where, because of its small particle size, it was inhaled and digested by the unwitting population. Documents obtained by myself in 2001 revealed that although Porton were aware of the hazardous nature of ZnCds they never subjected it to toxicity tests prior to its release in populated areas. The population were never informed of these experiments - even the MOD commissioned Independent Review of 2000 didn't include the Salisbury experiments in any detail!

1931 Dr. Cornelius Rhoads, under the auspices of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations, infects human subjects with cancer cells. He later goes on to establish the U.S. Army Biological Warfare facilities in Maryland, Utah, and Panama, and is named to the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. While there, he begins a series of radiation exposure experiments on American soldiers and civilian hospital patients.

1932 The Tuskegee Syphilis Study begins. 200 black men diagnosed with syphilis are never told of their illness, are denied treatment, and instead are used as human guinea pigs in order to follow the progression and symptoms of the disease. They all subsequently die from syphilis, their families never told that they could have been treated.

1935 The Pellagra Incident. After millions of individuals die from Pellagra over a span of two decades, the U.S. Public Health Service finally acts to stem the disease. The director of the agency admits it had known for at least 20 years that Pellagra is caused by a niacin deficiency but failed to act since most of the deaths occured within poverty-striken black populations.

1940 Four hundred prisoners in Chicago are infected with Malaria in order to study the effects of new and experimental drugs to combat the disease. Nazi doctors later on trial at Nuremberg cite this American study to defend their own actions during the Holocaust.

1942 Chemical Warfare Services begins mustard gas experiments on approximately 4,000 servicemen. The experiments continue until 1945 and made use of Seventh Day Adventists who chose to become human guinea pigs rather than serve on active duty.

1943 In response to Japan's full-scale germ warfare program, the U.S. begins research on biological weapons at Fort Detrick, MD.

1944 U.S. Navy uses human subjects to test gas masks and clothing. Individuals were locked in a gas chamber and exposed to mustard gas and lewisite.

1945 Project Paperclip is initiated. The U.S. State Department, Army intelligence, and the CIA recruit Nazi scientists and offer them immunity and secret identities in exchange for work on top secret government projects in the United States.

1945 "Program F" is implemented by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (AEC). This is the most extensive U.S. study of the health effects of fluoride, which was the key chemical component in atomic bomb production. One of the most toxic chemicals known to man, fluoride, it is found, causes marked adverse effects to the central nervous system but much of the information is squelched in the name of national security because of fear that lawsuits would undermine full-scale production of atomic bombs.

1946 Patients in VA hospitals are used as guinea pigs for medical experiments. In order to allay suspicions, the order is given to change the word "experiments" to "investigations" or "observations" whenever reporting a medical study performed in one of the nation's veteran's hospitals.

1947 Colonel E.E. Kirkpatrick of the U.S. Atomic Energy Comission issues a secret document (Document 07075001, January 8, 1947) stating that the agency will begin administering intravenous doses of radioactive substances to human subjects.

1947 The CIA begins its study of LSD as a potential weapon for use by American intelligence. Human subjects (both civilian and military) are used with and without their knowledge.

1950 Department of Defense begins plans to detonate nuclear weapons in desert areas and monitor downwind residents for medical problems and mortality rates.

1950 In an experiment to determine how susceptible an American city would be to biological attack, the U.S. Navy sprays a cloud of bacteria from ships over San Franciso. Monitoring devices are situated throughout the city in order to test the extent of infection. Many residents become ill with pneumonia-like symptoms.

1951 Department of Defense begins open air tests using disease-producing bacteria and viruses. Tests last through 1969 and there is concern that people in the surrounding areas have been exposed.

1960 The Army Assistant Chief-of-Staff for Intelligence (ACSI) authorizes field testing of LSD in Europe and the Far East. Testing of the european population is code named Project THIRD CHANCE; testing of the Asian population is code named Project DERBY HAT.

1965 CIA and Department of Defense begin Project MKSEARCH, a program to develop a capability to manipulate human behavior through the use of mind-altering drugs.

1965 Prisoners at the Holmesburg State Prison in Philadelphia are subjected to dioxin, the highly toxic chemical component of Agent Orange used in Viet Nam. The men are later studied for development of cancer, which indicates that Agent Orange had been a suspected carcinogen all along.

1969 Dr. Robert MacMahan of the Department of Defense requests from congress $10 million to develop, within 5 to 10 years, a synthetic biological agent to which no natural immunity exists.

1970 Funding for the synthetic biological agent is obtained under H.R. 15090. The project, under the supervision of the CIA, is carried out by the Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick, the army's top secret biological weapons facility. Speculation is raised that molecular biology techniques are used to produce AIDS-like retroviruses.

1970 United States intensifies its development of "ethnic weapons" (Military Review, Nov., 1970), designed to selectively target and eliminate specific ethnic groups who are susceptible due to genetic differences and variations in DNA.

1975 The virus section of Fort Detrick's Center for Biological Warfare Research is renamed the Fredrick Cancer Research Facilities and placed under the supervision of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) . It is here that a special virus cancer program is initiated by the U.S. Navy, purportedly to develop cancer-causing viruses. It is also here that retrovirologists isolate a virus to which no immunity exists. It is later named HTLV (Human T-cell Leukemia Virus).

1994 With a technique called "gene tracking," Dr. Garth Nicolson at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX discovers that many returning Desert Storm veterans are infected with an altered strain of Mycoplasma incognitus, a microbe commonly used in the production of biological weapons. Incorporated into its molecular structure is 40 percent of the HIV protein coat, indicating that it had been man-made.

Senator John D. Rockefeller issues a report revealing that for at least 50 years the Department of Defense has used hundreds of thousands of military personnel in human experiments and for intentional exposure to dangerous substances.
