Morning:
1) Walk - Good to keep a regular daily walk going for leg strength for heavier future weights - Leg Strength is very important.
2) Breakfast - Have something different every day... giving your body a breakfast different each day is useful.. I usually alternate between Fruit, Cereal, Toast, Fried Eggs & Bacon, and Boiled Eggs cut up.
3) Ride my Bike to school (Can be replaced obviously with car and/or work)
4)On the way, drop by at a supermarket and get some chocolate, candy and chips (crisps) for school/work, or other high energy (calorie/fat) foods.
5) Get to School

7) Recess Break (Removed in Some Districts, Smoko/Coffee Break in Work) - Eat packed Fruit (Be Creative... Grapes, Cherries, Kiwi Fruit, Strawberries - Sweet & Full of Goodness) and occasionally nuts plus some of the candy/chocolate/crisps/drink u bought at supermarket.
Afternoon
1) Classes
2) Lunch Break - I generally bring a homemade lunch (Salad & Chicken/Turkey/Ham Bagel). Use the rest of the food you bought in the morning.

4) Ride Home
5) On the way, I will stop at the Dominos Pizza across from my school, and the Mobil Quickstop Gas Station behind my school and get a Slurpee & Large Pizza - Some days will be substituted with Hungry Jacks (BK) - 3-4 Burgers w/ a Large Drnk or Shake.
6) Get Home.
7) Mid Afternoon Snack (Various... I prefer Grilled Sandwiches or Wraps, but choose something carb/fat) - Make sure its filling
8 ) Stuff (Stuff u do at home... lol)
9) Around 5pm I will take a nap weekdays for 1-2hrs. This stores some of the food you've eaten today away as fat, and if you don't do strenuous exercise it will stay that way.
Evening
1) Wake Up - Dinner (Generally Various, Homecooked)
2) Stuff
3) After Dinner Snack (Various... I prefer Ice Cream, but you choose).
4) Sleep (6-7 Hours for me from the nap).
If you are short on cash, you may have to limit the plan to a few days only, but the pace will obviously be slower. Feel free to use this kind of outline and mod it, but if you do post it somewhere I'd like you to at least mention that its my plan, as its originally thought out and took some time to write out!
