Tzatzikisaus
Tzatziki saus is bereid volgens Grieks recept met yoghurt, komkommer en knoflook. Lekker bij gegrilde kipfilet, varkensvlees of op stokbrood.

Carbonara saus:
ingrediënten:
2 eetlepels olijfolie
2 teentjes knoflook
1 grote ui
150 reepjes ontbijtspek of ham
1 ei
4 eetlepels crème fraîche
nootmuskaat
100 gr Parmezaanse kaas
zout en peper.
Bereiding:
Verhit de olie in een koekenpan bak hier de spekjes of de in uit.Voeg de gesnipperde ui toe, en fruit deze mee.De geraspte kaas, de eieren, en room vermengen en met grof gemalen zwarte peper en nootmuskaat op smaak brengen.Giet het room ei mengsel bij de spekjes en de ui, en roer alles goed door.Laat het geheel even warm worden op een laag vuurtje.
Eet smakelijk.

Chimichurri Sauce
You can mince the ingredients by hand or use a food processor, which is faster and easier. There are many variations on this condiment, and it is served with everything from empanadas to grilled steak.
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
2 minced shallots
1 teaspoon minced basil, thyme or oregano, or mixture
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and let set for at least 2 hours before serving.
