Ik ben even bezig geweest en heb het inmiddels gevonden
Best makkelijk te reduceren. Dit is geen nieuwe nieuwbouw. Deze huizen zijn gok ik minstens 20 jaar oud. Daarbij is het 2 onder 1 kap en lijkt het te gaan om een gehele straat. Beijum en Lewenborg, beide van begin jaren 80, eind jaren 70 hebben weinig tot geen 2 onder 1 kap. En de nieuwe nieuwbouw zoals De Held, Gravenburg, Reitdiep, De Hunze etc is dus te nieuw. Dan blijft er weinig over om te zoeken, want de schilwijken moet je ook niet hebben (Schildersbuurt, Oranjewijk, Oosterpark, Korrewegwijk) en Vinkhuizen, Paddepoel en Selwerd zijn voornamelijk flats en rijtjeshuizen.
Oh en de kap heeft 2 verdiepingen, een hoge kap.
