As many fans already know, Zatox is struggling with a serious infection in his back for some time now. Operational treatment is planned for the near future, but last weekend this came too late...

After playing with Activator on Sensation Black, the pain started to take big proportions. And on the saturdaynight it was very, very bad. But Zatox really didn't want to dissapoint his fans, with 2 bookings plannend for that night. He had to play at E-Fect and ofcourse the big Final of the Scantraxx Tour. At the beginning of the night he decided to cancel the bookings, because he was not able to give everybody the good performance they expect from him. So Stephy took his time on E-Fect. But his many fans in Holland are very important to him and he decided during the night to go for it and go to Enschede and Rotterdam. But after playing some records on E-Fect he had to stop and knew he had to let a lot of fans down. We hope he will be able to perform on the 29th at Time Out. And then get well in the already planned recovery weeks in the first two weeks of May.

Zatox says a big sorry to his fans, who were waiting for him in Rotterdam, Outland, the people of Scantraxx and especially to Dov. Who was really understanding for the situation. Zatox made a judgement error, by trying to give his fans on both sides of Holland, what they deserved, but he just was not able to and will make it up to them very soon!
