Have you ever been to Carlos & Charlie's? I have been to Aruba 4 times and have spent practically every night of my vacation there at some point. The horror, consenting adults having the nerve to be given a shot in the middle of the dance floor. People are not forced to have shots there nor are they forced to walk through the door. They can go there if they want and leave if they do not like the atmosphere. It is a fun place to go, especially for young people. Yes you do encounter drug dealers along the way. You say no and move on. Same as you would anywhere else.
Carlos and Charlies should be SHUT DOWN. That's were it started. Let's see them put men on the dance floor and make them drink shots. No only women to get them drunk. And God knows what happens after that. They should officals should go back there and put the pressure on them .

The 6ft 5ins honor student quickly enrolled in a business course at a 5,000-student college in Arnhem and, together with his father, Paulus, who was also briefly jailed in the case, [u]moved into a family friend's home in the nearby town of Duiven.[/u]His account of his involvement with Natalee was given to attractive 28-year-old Kristina Pedersen, who got to know him on the Arnhem Business School campus. Over several days, he drank heavily, encouraged Kristina to watch hard core porn and tried to force himself on her. And it quickly became apparent that even now Joran cannot keep his story straight — his account was peppered with the lies that have marked his From Page 34 part in the investigation since Natalee disappeared on May 30.
Kristina said: "One day we shared a jug of beer. Joran looked me in the eye and said, 'Here's to finding Natalee'. "Half an hour later he was trying to kiss me and lure me to a deserted area of a park. Then he suddenly asked me, 'Do you want me to bite you?'"
When asked why he left Aruba, Joran laughed and said: "I was in jail for three months... for a missing girl." He insisted on taking Kristina to the college internet station, where he showed her accounts of the case. "There were pictures of him in handcuffs — and he was obviously enjoying showing them to me. He seemed to think that was pretty cool. It made me nervous." Then, as they drank beer in a pub called De Hangar on September 23, Joran began to give Kristina his version of what happened to Natalee.
"He said that she approached him in Carlos 'N' Charlie's bar and bought a couple of rounds', " Kristina said.
Joran revealed that Natalee lay on the bar and invited him to lick a "jelly shot" — vodka frozen in jelly — from her navel.
"He said Natalee then asked him, 'Do you want to go home with me? and Joran said okay'," Kristina added.
In a dramatic new twist, Joran then claimed that after leaving the bar, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe drove him and Natalee to his home — not to the beach. Kristina said: "They went to his home for a while and then to the Holiday Inn, where she was staying.
"They decided to go for a walk on the beach, and the Kalpoes left. He told me, 'Natalee was totally wasted, and I was drunk. We had sex on the beach'."
Yet in a TV interview recorded just a day later, Joran denied having sex with Natalee and claimed they just "cuddled."
Said Kristina: "He went on, 'Afterwards I asked her if she wanted to go home with me because I had to get up early for school. She said she didn't want to go back there. I told her I had to go, and asked if I could walk her home. She said, 'No — I want to be on my own. I'm staying here.' I left her and went home."
Kristina added: "Joran continued, 'I felt guilty leaving her on the beach. I probably shouldn't have done that, but she wouldn't walk back with me. I had to lie about what happened to the girl because I was the last person to see her. If the lie had been kept up, none of this would have happened'."

Beth Twitty: Van der Sloot a Liar –Confession Ignored

Cable programs, desperate for another missing person or cop killing husband, broke in with news alerts last week as word came from Holland that a tape was being released that purported to show Joran van der Sloot confessing to killing Alabaman Natalee Holloway while she vacationed in Aruba in 2005. So compelling was the tape that Beth Twitty jumped on a plane to travel to Holland to see it.
When she returned to the United States she took to the talk show circuit and began telling the tale of watching pieces of the tape where van der Sloot talks openly, while smoking pot, about how her daughter died in Aruba in 2005.
It could be that the tape is true and Joran is guilty of disposing of a body because nothing in the tape remotely comes close to the cloak and dagger style of death that Twitty has been touting over the years as the way her daughter met her unfortunate fate. Van der Sloot does not mention passing Holloway any drugs nor does he participate in the disposal of her body (he called his body disposal friend for that) – so with all of the scrutiny of the tape why is Joran still free?
Quite simply it is because Twitty trained the world that van der Sloot was a liar and pariah who could not be trusted. So, when parts of the taped ‘confession’ began falling apart we (and investigators) did as we’ve been trained: we did not believe him.
The conundrum for Beth Twitty is now that America has bought into her “Joran drugged then killed Natalee and threw her into the ocean” scenario – when the tape fell apart so too did the confession. For anyone else in the world this tape would be pay dirt, but for Twitty the tape is the beginning of the end for the re-re-re-re-arrest dream for Joran van der Sloot. Even if the re-re-re-re-arrest happens all an attorney need do is play all of the countless appearances where Beth Twitty spins her tale and then tells us all to discount all that comes out of the mouth of van der Sloot.
Twitty, and only Twitty, can be blamed for the situation where a confession is insufficient to convict a person of any crime since he cannot be believed. Twitty pushed a scenario so forcefully that her daughter was drugged and murdered by van der Sloot that anything as simple as an accidental death followed by a terribly callous disposal is too simple to believe. But, no matter how the world media cuts up the tape at most van der Sloot comes across as an uncaring cad who called a friend after Holloway died after having suffered some kind of seizure.
There is no way to verify the story because the person, who was named in the tape, was located and he was not in Aruba at the time of the disappearance. You have to question, though, would someone really remain quiet about disposing of a body that captivated the world for more than two years? It is hard enough to find a designated driver when you are in college – can you imagine a designated body disposer?
It is just an odd story that doesn’t add up. Even so –Twitty would have had hope in punishing those responsible for her daughters death, but the tape doesn’t show van der Sloot admitting anything illegal except the disposal of a body and that, I’m told from an Aruba attorney, is little more than the equivalent of a misdemeanor. Driving drunk in Alabama gets you more time in prison than getting rid of a body so even if Joran is telling the truth about what happened – he didn’t kill her and he didn’t do anything that wrong. Disgusting yes, but hardly illegal.
Over the last few days I have received hundreds of emails asking me if I owe the Twitty’s an apology for the things I said and written about Beth Twitty and her kin-folk over the years. The answer is a very short no. Nothing ever said about Twitty was untrue or not supported by facts. Is van der Sloot the model of what I’d want one of my nephews or brothers to be? Never. But his being a cad does not make him a murderer.
Beth Twitty did not just accuse Joran of disposing of a body – she accused him, quite specifically, of slipping Natalee Holloway drugs while in a club then killing her. There has never been a time when Twitty changed that scenario because her daughter could not have been drinking or doing drugs because she just didn’t “do that.”
Joran’s tape is salacious and it made for good television, but because it is van der Sloot something, anything, has to be verified before any legal action is taken against him and there simply is nothing new in the tape – other than a ‘confession’ under the influence of pot that says nothing happened. Joran’s story, if anything, exonerates him of murder. All he did, if we can believe him now, is call a friend to get rid of a body. A horrible thing, but not murder.
The sad thing here is that Beth Twitty is partly to blame for people being skeptical of the ‘confession’ of van der Sloot. Perhaps had she not been so forceful in desiring to paint a teenager a killer people would believe him today. Twitty said everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie and to discount that two year training program today would be silly unless something in the tape can be verified. As of this writing nothing has.

When she returned to the United States she took to the talk show circuit and began telling the tale of watching pieces of the tape where van der Sloot talks openly, while smoking pot, about how her daughter died in Aruba in 2005.
It could be that the tape is true and Joran is guilty of disposing of a body because nothing in the tape remotely comes close to the cloak and dagger style of death that Twitty has been touting over the years as the way her daughter met her unfortunate fate. Van der Sloot does not mention passing Holloway any drugs nor does he participate in the disposal of her body (he called his body disposal friend for that) – so with all of the scrutiny of the tape why is Joran still free?
Quite simply it is because Twitty trained the world that van der Sloot was a liar and pariah who could not be trusted. So, when parts of the taped ‘confession’ began falling apart we (and investigators) did as we’ve been trained: we did not believe him.
The conundrum for Beth Twitty is now that America has bought into her “Joran drugged then killed Natalee and threw her into the ocean” scenario – when the tape fell apart so too did the confession. For anyone else in the world this tape would be pay dirt, but for Twitty the tape is the beginning of the end for the re-re-re-re-arrest dream for Joran van der Sloot. Even if the re-re-re-re-arrest happens all an attorney need do is play all of the countless appearances where Beth Twitty spins her tale and then tells us all to discount all that comes out of the mouth of van der Sloot.
Twitty, and only Twitty, can be blamed for the situation where a confession is insufficient to convict a person of any crime since he cannot be believed. Twitty pushed a scenario so forcefully that her daughter was drugged and murdered by van der Sloot that anything as simple as an accidental death followed by a terribly callous disposal is too simple to believe. But, no matter how the world media cuts up the tape at most van der Sloot comes across as an uncaring cad who called a friend after Holloway died after having suffered some kind of seizure.
There is no way to verify the story because the person, who was named in the tape, was located and he was not in Aruba at the time of the disappearance. You have to question, though, would someone really remain quiet about disposing of a body that captivated the world for more than two years? It is hard enough to find a designated driver when you are in college – can you imagine a designated body disposer?
It is just an odd story that doesn’t add up. Even so –Twitty would have had hope in punishing those responsible for her daughters death, but the tape doesn’t show van der Sloot admitting anything illegal except the disposal of a body and that, I’m told from an Aruba attorney, is little more than the equivalent of a misdemeanor. Driving drunk in Alabama gets you more time in prison than getting rid of a body so even if Joran is telling the truth about what happened – he didn’t kill her and he didn’t do anything that wrong. Disgusting yes, but hardly illegal.
Over the last few days I have received hundreds of emails asking me if I owe the Twitty’s an apology for the things I said and written about Beth Twitty and her kin-folk over the years. The answer is a very short no. Nothing ever said about Twitty was untrue or not supported by facts. Is van der Sloot the model of what I’d want one of my nephews or brothers to be? Never. But his being a cad does not make him a murderer.
Beth Twitty did not just accuse Joran of disposing of a body – she accused him, quite specifically, of slipping Natalee Holloway drugs while in a club then killing her. There has never been a time when Twitty changed that scenario because her daughter could not have been drinking or doing drugs because she just didn’t “do that.”
Joran’s tape is salacious and it made for good television, but because it is van der Sloot something, anything, has to be verified before any legal action is taken against him and there simply is nothing new in the tape – other than a ‘confession’ under the influence of pot that says nothing happened. Joran’s story, if anything, exonerates him of murder. All he did, if we can believe him now, is call a friend to get rid of a body. A horrible thing, but not murder.
The sad thing here is that Beth Twitty is partly to blame for people being skeptical of the ‘confession’ of van der Sloot. Perhaps had she not been so forceful in desiring to paint a teenager a killer people would believe him today. Twitty said everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie and to discount that two year training program today would be silly unless something in the tape can be verified. As of this writing nothing has.

C&C Website was changed and pictures taken down shortly after Natalee dissapeared. Joran's picture was on there wearing the same shirt he had on when Natalee dissapeared. What were you saying about Vista Prod key numbers stuff? I know you were talking about another Vista but it reminded me of this.

First, about Joran Van Der Sloot. He's a creepy kid with bad parents, but he's no murderer, not even by accident as he claims. Don't get me wrong, he's no angel: people have come out to Fox and CNBC about his past. Usual weekend activities: pick up unsuspecting tourist girl- someone cute and naive, find out when her last night on the island is, hook up that night, drug, date rape, leave on the beach (to slink off in shame with little memory of the night's events), repeat next weekend. Ok, so why the lies and confession and story changes? Joran is a glory hog according to my profiler: he thinks of himself as a Tom Cruise in training, and being held for a crime he won't get convicted of is a great way to feel important. So, confessions and story changes when he feels like the limelight is off him. As for what happened on May 30, well...
Joran hooks up with Natalee just as described. He invites her to a 'private party' after hours at C&Cs. Slips her an X (Ecstasy-date rape drug), gets the Kalpoes to pick them up, Satish drops Joran, Natalee, and Deepak off at a private party (rave party-drugs, booze, and date rape drugs). Now where exactly I don't know, but /possibly/ at the home of Lorenzo Van Rijn. ( man that kills dogs in a brutal manner) Well, there are some people at the party Joran isn't comfortable with...local drug dealers, maybe some local cops (oh yes, again verified by eyewitnesses: the LE even up to Jan Van Der Straaten(Police chief) are known to hit the parties after hours. Joran gets nervous and he and Deepak leave Natalie there, thinking she'll turn up again just like all the other girls.
But then somebody deviates from the plan. Maybe Natalie wasn't all the way under and saw who (Van Der Straaten-Police chief, and drug dealers) was there. Maybe she just came to in the middle of the 'party' and was witness to her own assault. Anyway, the guys at the party keep her a while longer, but three things happen that totally screw things up: Natalie manages to make a few phone calls when nobody's looking, she leaves her hairbrush behind, and Van Der Straaten shows up at that party to collect his take. So he knows Natalee was there and with whom and she knows he was there. Next morning Beth Twitty is already in Aruba crying havoc. Paulus our judge-in-training (he actually failed his exam)
wakes up Joran and asks about Natalee. Joran tells him what happened and washes Deepak's car real well to eliminate any trace that Natalee was ever with them that night. Paulus calls up his buddy Van Der Straaten: (Police chief who is Joran’s real grandfather.) Jan, we have a problem..." "Paulus, don't worry; I'll take care of it" Well, the Twittys bring a small army of reporters and volunteers with them, and it makes returning Natalee really, really tough. Jan was hoping he could find Natalie, plant her on the beach, and "Oh look, just as we said. She was hanging out with the beach bums like usually happens." But now even after he finds Natalee, he can't return her without all this mess being exposed... including the past charges of accepting bribes from the local drug dealers to look the other way. Don't believe me? Call up Chuck Geiss at Black & White Birmingham newspaper and ask him how hard he has it trying to corroborate dirt on Van Der Straaten. Well, what can Jan do? He can stall...and he tries. Unfortunately, the Twittys and Holloways are the best parents in the world (and I sincerely mean that), and they are not leaving. Meanwhile, Paulus catches Joran bragging about his latest conquest at school (just ask Joran's buddies Alex and Jaime), and coaches Joran and the Kalpoes on what to say and how to stick to the story.
So, Van Der Straaten starts making arrests, questioning people, and finally settles on holding Joran: there is no forensic evidence to prove he did anything, and Van Der Straaten knows even if it goes to trial Joran will get off. Meanwhile, the family may give up and leave. They don't, so Van Der Straaten has to up the ante: a protest to try to get the family off the island.
Tim Miller with Texas EquuSearch shows up and lets himself be blithely led around in circles...no body, no crime, right? Well this makes a great distraction: people looking for a body they will never find because Natalee is still using hers. Looks like something is getting done to the media and the family, right? No! They're still there being very determined and amazingly strong, even after Van Der Straaten threatens to shut down the case if the Twittys don't stop being so vocal. That kind of works: they shush up but they don't leave, but they hire their own PIs. Damn! Ok...up the ante: get Natalee’s hair off hairbrush (or somebody else's hair, really doesn't matter either way), plant evidence to be found even though that locale was already searched. "Oh must've washed up out of the sea". Family is still there! Well, we need more compelling evidence now: how about DNA? Sure, grab the Kalpoes and Joran and get some, no problem. Sorry, Paulus Van Der Sloot (Joran’s father), but Joran's going to have to take the fall after all unless you want every drug dealer on this island...and maybe even those really dangerous Mafioso’s you owe money to (not saying names, but the guy who wins certain casinos...after your head the (Columbia neck tie version). Joran's a minor so even if he gets convicted of murder he'll only get ten years. Maybe, that will get the family out of there, so we return Natalie (well, maybe), and Joran gets released. Remember, the haircut Joran got not long ago? Don't be surprised if Joran's hair turns up someplace convenient as evidence too. Aruba LE (Law Enforcement) must think we're stupid...but the Twittys ARE losing sight of finding Natalee and getting wrapped up in justice. They want a fall guy because they're so convinced Nat is dead and in so much pain from not knowing. Luckily, all the family is not convinced. In the meantime, who has Natalee and why? Well, right now she is on an oil tanker being held, and probably being abused to break her down so when she is returned she won't talk. All I know about this vessel is it makes port of call in Costa Rica, probably takes oil from Venezuela to Africa or maybe Europe, was in Aruba or perhaps Venezuela between 05/31 and 06/10, and has a German registry. That ship is probably halfway across the Atlantic by now, but luckily in international waters. 70N, 45E maybe As long as this is, I've left out a lot of details (such as my insider to the case who tipped me off to a lot of this).

I am going to the talk radio stations I have contact with starting tomorrow (one of my people helped Ken Starr with Whitewater, so she knows her media contacts), and I'm sending this to Greta at Fox even thought if she's missed this all thus far she will never pick up the right track. The Twittys and Holloways and the FBI have this info, but don't seem to be acting on it much...they really don't take us seriously. en ligt daar een kustwacht ?
ik heb weleens een reportage gemaakt over de nederlandse kustwacht ,meegevaren en ze kunnen van ieder bootje de vaarrichting zien ,snelheid en groote !
dus als er een bootje om 3 uur s'nacht de zee opvaart kunnen ze dat zien en als ie snel vaart ,is ie al verdacht
het is immers ook een drugs route daar

Wanneer domme mensen domme dingen beweren, dan moet je ze niet corrigeren, maar glimlachend gelijk geven.
