... Joran told me that Deepak, Satish and himself did not drop off the girl at the Holiday Inn Hotel, but that the FOUR OF THEM drove to the beach at the north side of the Marriot Hotel. The girl had fallen several times on the way to the beach. Joran told me that at some point she "no longer came around/no longer regained consciousness" and that THEY had left her on the beach. He also told me that he had left his gym/sporting shoes on the beach. After Joran had told me this, I asked him why he had left her there. He answered me that at that moment he had not known what to do. Joran told me that after this he was dropped off at home by Deepak and Satish.

After Freddy's second statement on June 13th at 18:30, in which he keeps insisting that I told him the first story already on May 30th, the police confront us as best friends with each other. Some further statements follow after that.

In the end Freddy states in his 6th and 7th statements that I have told him that Natalee went unconscious several times and did not regain consciousness at a certain moment, that I tried to wake her up by shaking her but that this also didn't work.

In one statement, there is told that one of her roommate "Lee" (and another girl) had a 30 minute conversation with Joran the day before.."Lee" also went looking for Natalee after closing time of C&C..
And did anybody read about the strange phone call up to Natalee's room about "Rosemary massage" (2 times) ?

Btw. Natalee said to one group of mates on the street (they asked if she was okay) that she went going with "the other group" pointing to another group of MB-mates

Most of her close friends never saw what happened to her. Others were probably drinking as one of them saw Natalee leave with Deepak from a balcony at the bar across the street. They slept most of the day and Natalee appeared fine before Joran gave her a shot of alcohol. But in all of there statements she was in and out of conscioussness in Deepaks car or the beach. Her close friend said before they left she looked different and her eyes looked very heavy. We know Joran drugged others before Natalee arrived in Aruba and sure enough these 3 arrived 20-30 minutes before closing time at the bar. Look up the effects of GHB and it fits what happened to Natalee perfect including what Joran said on tape about her having seizures. I have another link that a proffessional spoke of seizures in the 70's that was commen to GHB.

Thats correct,they went to choose-a-name-bar to look for Natalee. Also rumored to be the bar that Deepak stopped at after C&C. This is the bar that Pitbull worked at. As you know in 2006 he had his head bashed in,legs cut off,set on fire and his hands were tied,but it was ruled a suicide. The two evil lying psychics keep bringing his name into this case saying he was Natalee's BF and he was murdered because of what he knew happened to her. He is also the brother in law of Gerald Dompig who worked on this case since the beginning. Dompig is also related to the Kalpoes.

You are also correct in your second statement. However I think it will be proven that she went back into C&C and then was escorted out 5-10 minutes later by Deepak. She probably was not thinking right and remember Joran said he was from Holland and was staying at her hotel at the holiday inn. Doesn't matter anyway when your brain is like a zombie and you can't even walk any longer. I bet a few minutes later she would have been passed out on the floor inside of C&C.

Yes I know about the strange phone calls for a off hotel massage and also when they were sleeping they saw someone try to open there glass door to the hotel room. I find both things suspicious. As well as many other things that we have no answers for. The night before one of the girls was passed out cold and had to be carried back to the hotel. Not sure if she was drunk or drugged. Also the reports of a fight between one of the pimps and a mb student and GVC grinding against Natalee at the bar on a earlier night.

DEVRIES: Yes the police missed several chances to do things right: when they wanted to search the house. the door was opened by Mr. Ben King, an assistant of the Procurements Gen. office, the highest justice-office on the island, and a friend of the family who wanted to support the van der Sloots in these difficult times. So clearly the search of the house had not been a surprise to the van der Sloots. The police had a warrant for the complete estate but a judge - Bob Wit - who was at the house as well said only Joran’s room could be searched. These are things a Dutch crime-reporter is of course totally astonished about.

DE VRIES: Well, the search in the home address of the family Van der Sloot was very strange because the search warrant was made by head prosecutor Karin Janssen, and contained an allowance to search the whole address, “Montanja nineteen.” So, the gardens, the buildings–everything. Ben King: Poor Judgement Or Cover-Up in Natalee Holloway Case

I was and still am a bit leary of this report on corruption in the Dutch justice system in Aruba: some facts appear to be incorrect. For instance, Paul(us) v d Sloot is not a "high-ranking official."

The habitual impartiality has been demonstrated in the past with several cases, one case in particular stands out. The case of Alexander Mathew against a Dutch government official, Ben Vocking whom now goes by the name of Ben King .

In this particular case documents disappeared, forensic reports were over looked and witnesses were denied, these documents were in the favor of Alexander Mathew. Paul van der Sloot is a high ranking official in the judicial system and is close friends with Ben King, whom now works at the prosecution office. King was reportedly seen visiting Paul van der Sloot at his home when the Arubian police were performing a search of the van der Sloot residence. Mathew's entire case was tampered with.

King said that his friend Paul van der Sloot helped him in the Mathew case. How many cases has and will Paul van der Sloot help cover up?

However, I do find it curious that an official so close to the PM would 1) change his name and 2) exercise such poor judgement in the Natalee Holloway case that it now appears he has taken a vacation and, from all appearances, will continue to be of assistance or support to the Van der Sloot's in some way.

An article I found in Dutch - scroll down to fifth article - looked curious, so I asked Begga from Hasibokos to translate.

Translation: The Public Ministry (Aruban prosecutor's office) affirmed that Ben King, head of the support division of the Attorney General, was present at the house of the Van der Sloot family when it was being searched Thursday last week.

Spokesperson Marianne Croes, of the prosecutor's office: “King was and is on holiday. He was indeed not present on behalf of the PM (during the search of the van der Sloot estate)” The spokesperson doesn’t want to comment on the various observations that find it strange that a member of the PM was present at the house of the suspects family while the search took place.

Sources within the PM affirm however that the PM as a whole is not happy at all with the actions of Ben King, because this may raise doubts with regard to the impartiality of the ministry. .

King himself says that he and his family have been good friends with the Van der Sloots for some years now. Paul van der Sloot also worked for the PM in the past. King: “A few years ago, when I was working at KIA (local prison), I was maltreated by a prisoner and went through a rough period during which the Van der Sloot family provided us with fantastic support. We want to do the same for them now. But I realize naturally that I cannot stand at both sides on the line.”

And because of this King took some time off from his job to be able to support his friends. King: “It is a small island where conclusions are drawn very fast.” Both Public Ministry and I realize that we have to remain cool-headed. At the same time I have my rights as private-citizen and I want to support my friends in this difficult period.” Ben King was formerly named Vocking, he changed his name a few months ago and his name is now officially King.

Is Aruba's Government Covering Up Again

Rudy Croes, the Minister of Justice in Aruba, has every opportunity to question the Holloway investigation to assure that there is justice in Aruba even against the people that he did favors for and those he received favors from (the Dutch judicial officials).

Aruba is going through an extremely difficult period because of a nasty and corrupt government that owes favors to the different departments of the judicial system. The MEP government is maliciously leaking out information to the press about the Dutch police commissioner Jan van der Straten instead of confronting him or any other member of the justice department to ensure that there is no cover up in the investigation of the Holloway case.

The minister of justice, the political party MEP and the Dutch judges are portraying their partiality by bringing in a judge from a different Island to rule over the case yet the officials that are preparing the investigation are all friends and family of the suspect. How partial is this? Those who are preparing the investigation/case have access to all declarations, forensic reports, suspects and suspects family. Several reports by the international press have proven that the van der Sloot family is very close to the investigating team (The Dutch prosecutors office).

Mathew was isolated for two years and eight months to ensure that the truth would not surface. The Arubian press and the minister of justice, Rudy Croes played a large roll in the defamation of his character to justify his isolation. Now that the truth has surfaced, certain politicians and senators have raised concern that this corruption will repeat itself in the Holloway case and justice will not be served. The minister of justice Rudy Croes is attacking Alexander Mathew, the politicians and the senators in the local newspapers based upon lies. The minister of justice is even accusing Mathew of owning the website "to hell with Aruba. Com," this is a false accusation that is being supported by the Arubian newspaper "Bon Dia Aruba."

Mathew states that the government and the prosecution department is corrupt and is harming the Holloway family and the entire Arubian population. If the Holloway case had been investigated appropriately from the beginning it would have been resolved by now and Aruba would not still be suffering.

The Holloway family must be aware of the corruption that encompasses the Arubian government and judicial system so that they can obtain the appropriate international aid to assist in the search for the truth, justice and most importantly their daughter Natalie.

The government and prosecution officials should offer to take a lie detector test. Assure the world that there is no cover up in the Natalie Holloway case. Help clear Aruba's name.

Paul van der Sloot, waarnemend rechter op Aruba, verklaarde zelf dinsdagavond in Nova dat hij de verdachte jongens alleen maar heeft uitgelegd hoe de procedure zou gaan verlopen als ze gearresteerd zouden worden (Ouders Joran: Onze zoon is onschuldig).

Advocaat Rudi Oomen heeft de Procureur-Generaal gevraagd een onderzoek te starten naar het achterhouden van bewijsmateriaal door het OM. Het betreft DNA-materiaal dat ontlastend is voor zijn cliënt. Het materiaal werd in juli afgenomen. In hoger beroep bepaalde het Hof toen dat het afnemen van het materiaal niet rechtmatig was en dat het materiaal vernietigd moest worden, evenals eventuele onderzoeksresultaten.

Het OM bevestigde in een brief dat dit gebeurd was. Op de zitting van het Hof vorige week vroeg de rechter volgens Oomen door over dit DNA- materiaal. Hoofdofficier Karin Janssen gaf daarbij toe dat de resultaten van de DNA-test wel bij het OM bekend waren en dat deze ontlastend waren voor zowel Satish als Deepak Kalpoe.

Oomen: “Het is schokkend om te horen dat er kennelijk toch onderzoek op het materiaal is gepleegd, en nog erger om te horen dat de ontlastende resultaten nooit aan het dossier zijn toegevoegd, terwijl ze wel bekend zijn bij het OM. Zowel de rechter als de advocaten konden dit dus niet weten.”

Oomen maakt de vergelijking met de Nienke-zaak in Nederland, waarbij ontlastend materiaal werd achtergehouden. Oomen: “Het raakt de wortels van de rechtsstaat als dit soort dingen gebeuren. Als verdediging moet je kunnen vertrouwen op het OM.” (Amigoe)

Diving @ Curaçao is better than on Aruba, more different kind of species of fish and better underwater nature.
Í haven't been diving with dolphins, but I did with sharks, sea turtles, sea basses (who bit me in my hand...) and stingrays.

I figured as Curacao is bigger than Aruba..Sure I care,I have been diving in Malaysia,Thailand and Hawaii and I loved it as well as a lot of snorkeling..We maybe on opposite sides of the boycott but does that mean we can't talk through our differences? You will never ever hear me say anything mean about the Aruban people but that Govt has to go. I have seen recently even the Arubans are getting vocal..It's a long wait until 2009
